It maybe a small strong on Arcade ave but there service they have are very convenient and the ppl that work there are very nice guys.. I had never once had a problem with them... I go to them almost all the time to pay for my cellphone services.

Metro pcs at 1200 forest ave is horribly employed with sales ppl that are there to just try and rip you off and make as much commission as they possibly can!! The one In the cub shopping center by subway is ten times better! They actually appreciate their customers and the business they bring in!

At first the 2 guys were ok. I came in with my dad because there was a storm warning that was on his phone ever since last week and it goes off every 5 mins. It drove him nuts. The guys didn't seem to know how to help. The one guy a white gentleman, he looked to be in charge, said the phone was too old and that there might be a malfunction. I told him that it couldn't be because the phone was only bought a year ago. I understand that it was an older model so it may have been inevitable. Then the 2nd guy tried to help. He was a younger black male. He was very nice. After giving the phone back to us I asked if there might be another store where different associates could help. Before I finished asking the white male interrupted me and said "Down the street!" I was like: WHERE? Down the street where? He says: "I don't know, it's just down the street" and pointed down one of the streets in front of the store. So I asked if he might have had an address and again he says: "I don't know". He was so rude after not being able to help me. He seemed like he didn't want to help anymore. It really enraged me that he would take that attitude with me. I uderstand he couldn't help, and that's ok, but seriously I would appreciate it of you could have just told me nicely. I would like an apology from him. So uncalled for. I will never recommend anyone going to this specific store. The man in charge has HORRIBLE customer service skills.

Okay had some difficulties with sim card twice.
