Metro pcs this location is very bad customer service by Manager other guys are ok. He is the worst if I can rate this place zero. Never ever coming back this locations.My family stay Metro pcs for more 10years but because of this guys we are so disppointend .? ?

Well ? I can't put it into words not only hooked me up on a new data plan and walked me through everything they also the day before let me use there WiFi cause I needed to get my diabetes prescription and couldn't get my cash app without WiFi so I highly recommend these guys there informative and very helpful and I've already referred my girlfriend and my best friend you would be a fool to not want the great customer service these gentlemen offer thanks ?? guys you really rock and saved the day I see a long standing business relationship!!!

My friend just switched from Boost to Metro and this was the best experience switching phone companies ever!!!! The two men working Saturday morning were so friendly and helpful. I would come back in a heartbeat and tell anyone looking to switch companies to stop by this store!

Joe was really helpful and hooked us up with that ACP government help... This is a reasonable service for the price. Phones shouldn't be over 40/mn.. I can afford 30 a month. Good looking out for the sober soldiers of St. Paul.

Terrible. They lied. Said they would call with a time to get new phone, never called. L:iars. Then went in next day, they say none of those phones anywhere....but I can check store down the street.How about if you call them and see if they have it. It's a con, they are not professional or competent.

I went into this store for the 1st time, to upgrade my phone. I had a lot of questions and the employee I worked with, Izzy, was super patient and knew what he was talking about. I definitely recommend this location.

If I could, I would rate this place negative or less than one star. They have extremely poor customer service. The employees are extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. I have never had such a horrible experience before as this. My carrier is not even with them but My sister in law was. I went and helped my SIL out since we were switching phone lines etc. The employee who worked there was extremely rude and had poor knowledge of their promotions and products.Long story short, they had a promo which we were interested in (switch two lines, get four free phones upon tax and activation). One other thing: the banner they had for the promotion In-store was very misleading - it was supposed to be activate one line and get a free phone plus tax and activation charges. My SIL ended up activating two lines. However, I did not trust the employee so my SIL and I decided to leave to another Metro PCS and I needed confirmation the employee here wasn’t ripping us off.Fortunately, the employees at the new Metro PCS we went to were even more polite and informative. (We left to the Metro PCS located at 1320 Maryland Ave E, 55106). The wonderful employees there explained that the other employee we initially went to didn’t even explain what was in the promo deal my SIL signed up for and that the promo on the banner we saw was already done. They didn’t understand why the Metro PC we first went to still had that sign up. My SIL got the promo deal where she gets hotspot and a subscription to Amazon Prime.The employee at this specific location (825 Maryland Ave E, 55106) didn’t even bother to tell my SIL and never activated the Amazon Prime account. I am extremely disgusted at how the employees handled their customers. This place sucks and I’m sure I’ll never go with any family member to this disappointing place again. Look elsewhere if you’re wanting to get decent customer service from Metro PCS.This place is disrespectful all around. Good luck.

The store wasn’t even open when we got here, even though the sign on the door clearly states the hours, and the hours are all posted online. Furthermore, when we got in, the manager wasn’t helpful in showing us phones, and acted like he didn’t want to help us. HORRIBLE customer service. Do not recommend this location at all. There are two other locations on Maryland Ave. go to those ones.The manager tried to set up an account for us under our number, and with technical difficulties it wasn’t successful but somehow there was still a number and account under our name! They couldn’t fix the mess so we had to do everything ourselves. Hopefully nobody comes in here because the service is horrible and nobody is on time in this store.

The young lady, Karissa, who was in there working alone this evening is a ROCKSTAR!! She was all alone, yet was able to handle two customers at once!! Great job Karissa!! I really appreciate you helping my friend who bought her very first smartphone! Your advice was well appreciated & spot on! Thanks again!!
