I will never Buy another phone by anybody else or any other metro but this one because the guy that I buy my phones from is the best Metro employee there ever was. I’ve been dealing with him for about five years and I can go in there with any kind of question any kind of problem and he’s always very friendly and well knowledge of what’s going on with phones and he always knows how to fix it. So I want to give him a big thanks for everything he’s done over the years

Switched phone carrier was with boost mobile called them 5 times to get transfer pin for my phone number 5 times they hung up on me real professional unbelievable but guy at metro pcs was very helpful and professional

They used unpractical tactics concerning the actual data, and gig'$... instead of being fair and not providing me with my actual gig's that I was supposed to receive they gave me half of the amount and I'm very dissatisfied with there service!!! Sorry, but I spent good currency with them that day!!! ($265.00) for phone+($30.00) for screen protector, but only received ;"8 Gig's"of "(Hot Spot data)"!?! WOW!!! SORRY For The Manuscript

I called the store on West seventh
I Explained that I usually use my app But for some reason that day it wouldn't let me and locked me out of it Because I tried three times.
I explained to the person who answered that I was Just trying to pay my phone bill And that the app Would not allow me to.
His response was
" yeah well, not my problem"
And he hung up
Horrible customer service.

Good store to get a new plan from always good service from Chris no matter how many times I lost or needed a phone always on point and I appreciate that .....until this day

Chris was absolutely amazing. He greeted us and reassured my wife and I that whatever phone we liked that was on display. He had them in stock and ready.We walked out with smiles on our faces with new 5G phones upgraded. While still maintaining the price we currently pay for our shared plans which is unlimited everything, got to keep our old phone #'s as well.That guy is cool but he can definitely use some help since it's quite the busy spot and when we were there, there was a line. Having a second to help him out would probably be easier and quicker.

Quick and cheap. Got handset switched over for 10 bucks, quickly. No "checking in" and sitting around for 20 minutes waiting for someone that doesnt know anything to come and tell you nothing, like in the tmobile stores. Would recommend.

I went to this store where I met a guy named Mohamed to activate a new SIM card. I informed him that I would be out of the country for the week and requested to suspend the service for one month until I return. Surprisingly, he declined my request, and I am unsure why he said no, especially considering that I am a paying customer.

I want to thank Chris the sales person for his awesome customer service yesterday. I was in such a frenzy due to issues with another phone carrier. Chris was very understanding and gave me an awesome deal for my budget. I was in tears of joy when I left he was truly a blessing. Thank you Chris.
