Horrible customer service! Very dishonest. I believe I was given a used phone instead of the new one I payed for. I have been back in four times to try to get it working. I've been told I have to have WiFi at home for the phone to work, that the owner can make up his own rules and doesn't have to follow company policy, and that the Metro customer service people (on the phone) don't know what their talking about. As a senior on disability, I can't afford to throw $300 away. This is disgraceful.

Sent my husband to upgrade our phone and the lady in there was only pushing the 5G phones told us she didn't have another phone in stock and told us we couldn't switch out phone number. She also said there are no other phones in stock only the 5G phones for $240 We were willing to purchase the phone but then she told us that we couldn't switch out the phone numbers. I explained that phone was too expensive for an 8 year old kid. She said she could not help him. When I called and spoke to her she said she never told my husband that. Why??? I don't know why she would lie to my husband. I've always switched phone number to my new phoneSomething needs to be done! She is not being fair to us. This is so wrong.

Aracely overcharged me for an iPhone Xr. The first red flag was that she didn't disclose that she couldn't print out a receipt for my purchase prior to swiping my credit card. She said that she could show it to me from a device. I was uncomfortable with that so I asked her to send it to me. She appeared frustrated by my request. 2nd red flag she sent me a receipt that had parts cut out of it. In the receipt it shows she typed in the tax amount for the phone instead of allowing the system to process sales tax. The sales tax she charged me was about 16-18% of the purchase. She also sold me a Sim card for $27 that I did not need. **Update** I've been in touch with another clerk from another Metro who sold me the same exact iPhone for $70 cheaper with the correct sales tax amount of 7%. He also placed the old Sim card into the new device saving me a charge for a new Sim. Afterwards, I ended up returning the 1st iPhone to Hue's store on 7th Street E and receiving a refund. I'm still unhappy with the way Hue handled the refund. He tried to take away the upgrade promo and said, "Good luck finding another Xr because they're hard to come by." His tone was very rude, and he was quick to throw an aggressive attitude towards me. I did get my refund, but this is still getting reported. I worry other people are getting scammed by these clowns.
