Store website and front door say open till 8pm... showed up at the store at 7:47pm for something super simple and the guy had just locked the door before I walked up and looked at me with a shrug.

I went in to the store after talking to a customer service representative on the phone and was told an offer to change my service to new flex plan and what I was offered while at the store was extremely more expensive than what the phone representative had explained. If I stick with Metro I don't think I can trust this location for honest service.

Knowledgeable and helpful in many ways. I appreciate the few CS/Sales personnel that I've done business with so far. The location is convenient for LoTo & East Side residents. Going in is rare but I am glad that location has been there for many years now.

Horrible customer service! Very dishonest. I believe I was given a used phone instead of the new one I payed for. I have been back in four times to try to get it working. I've been told I have to have WiFi at home for the phone to work, that the owner can make up his own rules and doesn't have to follow company policy, and that the Metro customer service people (on the phone) don't know what their talking about. As a senior on disability, I can't afford to throw $300 away. This is disgraceful.

Metro been with you a long time you let me down on this last one I haven't been able to talk on my phone something like 2 months and there's more?but I won't disrespect and I will let it go from here if I get my number back today

Been with metro by T-Mobile for more then 5+some years never got the service don't know why my wife insist of staying with metro.
