Used to be my go to scrap yard. After walking in today I noticed the "scrap gals" posters were taken down, presumably new management which is awful, has a Karen amongst the group. Their computer systems went down and didn't give me my full amount of cash, so I've been standing here for 30 mins, not one single I'm sorry about this, haven't offered to buy me a pop and snack out of the machine for my troubles. What a lousy bunch. Guys on the floor are still top notch. Disappointing. The cashier at the end apologized, I'm 10% better about the situation

Not willing to work with people who have to work during the week and only tow in certain areas on the weekand this company is very unfriendly to clients.

Scheduled with Pedal for pick up referred me to EMR the tow truck driver contacted me but said he could not drive on the grass so I was asked to send pictures which I did but they went to a number I was given where voice mail hadn’t been set up. They got pictures and refused to come. I contacted SellAJunker and not only did they remove car they left the yard in excellent shape! They were winderful to work with great customer service. Can’t say the same for EMR was in customer service for over 40 years! Don’t use EMR

Had an appointment to get car picked up in a 9-12 window. I set aside my entire Saturday morning to be there. The appointment was confirmed and registered. They never bothered showing up. Never even bothered calling. These folks are not professional.

They junked my vehicle incorrectly. Not sure how this is possible as they don't own the vehicle, or what scam they have going. Huge nightmare to try and resolve this.

I won't be back they offered 25 dollars and II made four trips in one day equaling over 1000.00 they said my first trip on that day was only 104.00

First time scrapping. My dad was a home machinist for 50+ years and he decided to clean out all his scrap. I did my research and sorted but I want to give a huge thank you to JAMES in the yard for all his help and directing us where and what to do. Very nice and always had a smile. Great experience with everyone and I would highly recommend them for accuracy, friendliness and fair prices.

Tow truck driver was on time. It was my first time scrapping vehicle and I forgot to siphon the full tank of gas out of my blazer ??? of course I have no idea how to do it so I asked the driver can I get the gas out ?? He didn't offer to help he just said that hose won't be long enough. I gotta load this up and go. I understand that I should of remembered the 55 dollars in gas that I put in an hour before my truck broke down. A month ago... But he acted like it was no big deal kinda laughing at me. So the white blazer has a full tank of gas in it... It could of been handled better is all I'm getting at.
