We brought our car in on 09/14/2023 at 7:25 a.m. with a problem due to our car not turning off! We never got a call back and after 5 hours we called, and they said they didn't look at it yet! Two and a half hours later we called again, and they said they didn't, couldn't get the part in. We finally needed our car and demanded to pick it up. They then said they will order the part and it could take anywhere from 2 days to two weeks. Meanwhile we are now driving our car with not knowing if it will shut down or not when we arrive to our where we go it will shut down!! It is a 2022 and only has 9000 miles on it and under bumper-to-bumper warranty. We would have liked a called before all those hours were wasted to have our car. We are both retired and need a car. My wife has Parkinson's, and we depend on a good running car. We understand repairs take time but a phone call letting us know the part would need to be order would have been nice!!! I hope we can all learn from this!!

This place has the absolute worst customer service of any dealership I’ve been to. When spending thousands to fix my car I shouldn’t have to chase down an update calling. After one week of service the rep notifying me that my vehicle is ready on Wednesday. Nope, still not ready and I had to call to confirm that. 0/10 stars.

After more than 3 decades of dealing with Merit Chevrolet, we have come to thoroughly trust their advice and service. Recently, our insurance company recommended auto theft repairs be done at another shop whereby it would take more than two weeks just to get in. Instead, Merit Chev auto body offered advice that allowed repairs: 1) to be completed within 24 hours (therefore no rental car required); 2) to cost overall well below our insurance deductible.

Service Dept was very helpful. Had to get my oil pan gasket replaced as they told me I had a leak. Haven’t seen a drop of oil since.

I bought my car from this dealership and I've been loyal to them ever since. I had an issue with an aftermarket thermostat and Merit covered it at no cost because they stay true to their warranties. The manager was very easy to talk to, and he answered questions I had about my car before I brought it in. I really like this dealership and will continue to go here.

Piss poor service worst that I have ever seen. Went in here to buy a car sales person left in the middle of the sale to help someone else that was buying a brand new car felt like because I was buying a used car that i wasn't as important bad bad service sat in dealer for 61/2 hours waiting for everything to be done with the car took them that long to program a key and to finally find the sales person to finish the set up on the car had to find another sales person to finish everything that the other person walked away from made me late for my sons hockey game. Hard to believe 61/2 hour walking in there already approved!!!!!!!!!!! Would not recommend to anyone unless your looking for rude customer service and the worst experience of your life!!!!.............

I want to thank the service team at Merit Chevrolet for their excellent service through the years and especially how they went above and beyond this time. Our car has been sitting in the garage for almost three months as we deal with this pandemic - I would go start it every week to make sure it would be okay in an emergency - and it now was in need of an oil change. We are however, still wary of being out in public because of medical complications in our family. So I called Merit and they were willing to pick up and deliver the car for an oil change! Everyone was so kind about it, never made me feel like I was putting them out, and as always, did a great job with the car. Thank you so much! I will sing your praises to everyone!

I wasn't going to throw a huge fit at first over the horrible customer service, and I wasn't going to name names, but I went back to pick up my Truck when I was charged $260 for an oil change and had the WORST customer experience of my life. When I first dropped off my truck to Jessica she was rude, wouldn't let me talk, and didn't answer or help me with any of the questions I had. Then after 2 days I still hadn't received a phone call on my truck, so I had to PERSONALLY call them for them to blame me on how low my oil was, THEY JUST CHECKED IT PRIOR BUT ITS MY FAULT. Following that ordeal once I get there then Jessica rudely threw the paper at me saying I owe $260 for a OIL CHANGE AND LABOR. ALL THEY DID WAS CHANGE MY OIL AND IT TOOK THEM OVER 2 DAYS!! I tried calling Mike the service manager but all he did was transfer me to Jessica, NO MIKE I CALLED TO TALK TO YOU. NOBODY WILL TALK TO ME AND IM FURIOUS AT HOW HORRIBLE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS! I WANT A PHONE CALL AND A REFUND AT THIS POINT!

Recently bought a very low mileage 2019 Equinox from Merit. The salesman, Mike Salmon was very easy to deal with. Had a problem within a couple days and returned to get it repaired. Some hidden damage was found and the entire staff was very helpful in getting it corrected. They provided a loaner and repaired the problem in just a few hours. Chuck Williams, in service, was very helpful along with the sales manager and service manager. All agreed that it was not my problem and that it would be totally corrected - and it was. Very happy with this dealership.

today i bought a 2013 gmc terrain steve dang has to be the nicest and most helpful salesman i have ever met. not only was he kind but very informative about the whole process giving different options not just for vehicles but payment choices. he would be someone i would recommend to family and friends hold on to steve merit chevrolet you have a good one there. i would also like to thank jason in finance another great person.merit chevrolet thank you for a job well done
