Do NOT waste your money at this business. I was a member and had built up more than 20 credits (spent $1,300+ for these credits). During the pandemic I was unable to use these, and my billed credit card was stolen. My phone's voice-mail was also not accepting new messages for many months (thanks, Mint Mobile), so I received no communication, if it was attempted, from Massage Envy about my account. They sent no emails, either.I have just learned that after 3 months of the credit card being deactivated and unable to add further funds to my account, the manager CANCELED MY ACCOUNT, ***STEALING OVER $1,300 OF MY PAYMENTS***!This is ridiculous. Do not support them. The new manager refuses to make this right.I will be reportingthem to the MN Office of Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I am also considering litigation.

I've been a Massage Envy customer for 10+ years going to places in Virginia. Nevada and presently going to the Massage Envy on Ford Parkway, St Paul. In all locations I have always been treated with respect. My present location has been awesome Lindsey is awesome. I like a.little deeper pressure and hers is perfect. Front desk has always been very helpful in taking care membership issues.

Have been going to Massage Envy in Eagan and Highland a total of 16 years. This week at Highland I was treated so badly, I can't believe it. The therapist kept calling me by the wrong name, she had an attitude when asking me what kind of massage I wanted, then she flat out refused to do my massage. Manager rebooked me for a facial the following day. I went in, and was told that appointment was canceled and I wasn't welcome at that office. So I made an appointment at Eagan for the next day. When I asked how many sessions I had, there was none. My membership was canceled. How is this ok? This girl was rude to me and I am punished. Bad business practice.

I've been a Massage Envy customer for a few years now. It took a few mediocre (and one really bad, tbh!) massages until I found my go-to massage therapists (Mary at the downtown mpls location). I recently moved to St. Paul and Mary gets booked out waaay in advance -- so I decided to give the Highland Village location a chance. I called end of May & they didn't have an opening for a massage until early July! Maybe their massage therapists are also all in high demand and/or staffing shortages? Kind of a bummer, but probably out of their control. Anyways, I have A LOT of 'banked' services from not using my membership every month (especially throughout the first year or so of the pandemic), and the receptionist suggested I try a 'back facial' as a massage alternative, because this service was available immediately. I've had facials in the past, but at some higher-end salons (HAUS, Bespoke, etc), so I was hesitant for this reason AND because of the very low reviews this ME has... but I decided to go for it.... I'm so glad I did! Akilah was my provider and she was wonderful! She had a warm and professional demeanor that put me at ease before our service even began. The 'back facial' really is a bit like a relaxing massage! My skin feels great too. Akilah ended my service by applying SPF on my back, as she noticed I had been wearing a strappy summer dress that day :) I appreciated the extra thoughtfulness!

Don’t go here! They are constantly raising their prices. Twice!!! Over 30% just in the last year. It’s outrageous! They keep changing management. It seems like they can’t get it together. They’re very disorganized. There are never any openings. If you have a problem, they brush you off. If you put it online, they say to contact them, but nothing happens. There are much better places to go. Locally owned spas where you can talk to the owner and they actually care about their customers.

Why do they keep raising the prices? Over 30% in less than a year. That's a lot! For many this isn't a luxury, it's a necessity to alleviate pain. And we can't afford this. When you contact the company, they do nothing. It's like the care more about profits over people. If you think it's not right, you can file a consumer complaint online with the Minnesota Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau. It takes five minutes, and may help you and others get a fair shake.

Customer service is little to be desired when youve been with them for years.

Excellent massage therapist. Unfortunately the manager has chosen to not wear a mask while at the desk despite interacting with customers and staff. If you are older, immunocompromised, or have close contact with high risk individuals I would not go here as management has created an unsafe environment. The risk is not worth it, the manager clearly does not value the health and safety of the patrons.

Avoid this location! There's lots of others. I've been reading all the horrible reviews from many years ago and the management comments to reach out to them. But then they don't change. There is constant turnover at the front desk. If you have a problem they basically ignore it. They say reach out to the corporate office. I did and the corporate office did absolutely nothing about it. They promised a $40 basic rate. Then raised it to $55 without any notice. They expect a high gratuity. It's awkward and embarrassing. They even put a chart on the desk right in your face and it's very high. Why don't they charge a flat rate and leave it at that. It makes it more than I can afford. I feel like I was duped, given a low rate to get me in and then it was jacked up by quite a bit. Several of the massage therapist were not good at all. There are better ones at other locations like Bloomington and Roseville. There are lots of others and if your a member you can go to any one of them. Avoid the Highland Park location.

I came in with cautious expectations based on mixed reviews online and from my friends, and I was born away by how great everything was. Ann was amazing, knowledgeable, and so friendly; the staff at the front were also great; I did not at any point feel pressured to become a member as some told me I would, and that made me want to have a membership all the more! My massage lasted exactly as long as I paid for and was just what I asked. Awesome experience! Yay Ann!

Be mindful that if you sign a contract, its for a year. however. if you're going to be out of town or some other Medical reason to post pond. then you may post pond. additional. it gets rather pricey. Once my contract is done then I.m going to quit. as I no longer will need it. However, once your contract is up, Its silly as it is. you must Initiative to cancel. when that day come.
