I know I'm the reason this place is doing more numbers, but if they see this, please do better with your customer service skills.Horrible. Keep your pricing more consistent, especially with your team, and stop hitting on the women so harshly at times!!! Women like to get there things and go just like the men at times, without all the hoopla. Trying to embarrass folks and being rude also isn't becoming. Oh, and if you are closing by 10pm, hours need to be adjusted again.They really do inconsistent things here.

This lil hole in the wall place is a shocker once you cross the threshold of it. First thing I noticed was the selection was surprisingly vast. Usually these little neighborhood type of places are very strong on personal sales assistance etc ... But when it comes to price and selection.... that's where they usually struggle because they can not buy in the same volume at these bigger stores do nor can they, afford the space where the finances to inventory a vast selection.

Make sure you pay attention to the prices they ring you up for, I have to correct something every trip. As long as you pay attention to not get over charged, and don't mind being hit on every time you walk in the door, it's not the worst place to go.

Torch pens I buy elsewhere for $25ea are $40ea here. I also get 'buy 2 get 1 free' elsewhere. Asked if they'd do one for $30, employee said no.If you have a car just drive the couple blocks to Maryland Tobacco, I got 3 for $60 there.
