Made an appointment for this morning to have our cat looked at, ran late and just tried dropping it off.Worker at the front desk was stand offish and said they never worked on our car before.I told him they do oil changes and did the work that probably caused the recent alignment issues we were trying to resolve today.We will not buy using this service station again.It's too bad as they are locally owned and convenient but that type of service is asinine.Added an invoice from work done on a previous occasion.They don't take overall service and safety of your vehicle in mind. They fix what you ask for and that's it. How would the average person understand that a mechanic would not check your alignment after working on your wheel?Bring your vehicle here at your own risk.

I called last Thursday (11/19) for a quote to mount and balance 4 tires and was given a reasonable price and to just come in anytime without an appointment, but when I brought the wheels and tires over today (Monday 11/23), the guy there (Ben) wanted to charge me almost twice what I was quoted on the phone. Looks like their prices are given on a whim.

I've had great experiences at this shop. I have dealt with Ben and Dan. Both very nice guys and gave me very fair prices. It's nice being a single woman and not feeling like they are taking advantage of me. I highly recommend this shop.

My car made a weird whistling noise. I brought it into the shop to make sure my car was fine. The shop informed me they tried to find the issue but did not find anything wrong with my vehicle. I was really surprised as they did not charge to look at it. If I would have brought it to the dealership, they would have charged me $150 just to look at it. I will be coming here from now on.
