John is the best. We were referred to John when my wife and I moved from Chicago to the Twin Cities. John worked with us to find the perfect home for us. There are several reasons I have given Lynden a 5-star rating. Here is a short list:1) John KNOWS the Twin Cities. A full insider with a lot of professional relationships within the Twin Cities, John has a great sense of the current market, where it has been and where it is going, all of which are so critical when looking for a Realtor2) John knows houses and he knows what to look for. He can identify the 'good bones' in a house as well as he can help to point out potential issues as he sees them. While I myself am an architect with an background and interest of residential design and construction, John is very knowledgeable and he brought of lot of insight when we were looking at house3) John is a very nice guy that made the whole home buying experience seemingly easy and straightforward

My fiance and I just bought our first house and John was our realtor, recommended to us by a friend. He was great during the entire process, answering questions and never pressuring us on anything. If he was out of town, he let us know who on his team would be able to join us for any house viewings we wanted. When it came to putting an offer in, he provided excellent data on pricing in the area, so that we could make an informed offer. We closed on our house 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier! Nothing but good things to say about working with John and the folks at Lynden Realty. We were in a somewhat stressful situation with our move, and first-time homebuyers, as well. John was knowledgeable, insightful, not pushy, but ready to jump into action when needed. He listened to us, filled us in on the process, and otherwise took us from start to finish with humor, patience and thoughtfulness. The process happened pretty quickly for us, and with a shocking lack of stress. I attribute almost all of this to John.

Does business with rental property "manager" and scammer extraordinaire Rich Richardson, so I'd avoid this guy unless you have reckless disregard for your finances.
