Went to the Highland store to pick up a few items. Took a small cart and thought I had roughly 15 items when I went to the self-checkout line. The attendant rudely told me that I had way more than 15 items and would have to go to one of the checkout lines, all of which had at least 3 people ahead of me with large carts full of groceries. I counted my items and I did have 17 items, so I was over but not what I would consider "way over." Left my cart and went to Whole Foods where I had the same number items and was welcomed to checkout in the self-check line. in a day when there are lots of options for food service, CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTS!

Bright store with big windows, good selection. Large hot lunch bar. Great for those walking or biking. Parking can be a little challenging during busy times.

Love the open look and extensive ready to eat hot and cold bar choices - except the extensive use of black pepper. Many more of the options could be enjoyed, but those of us with sensitivities are unable to enjoy them. Maybe consider the option to add pepper as a preference vs. covering all of the choice options with it.

Staff friendly and helpful. Shelves were well stocked which you don't always see in all stores. Parking right next to store and covered so will be easy once the snow arrives.

I overheard a lady say “They built a bigger store but kept the aisles small.” The aisles can get hectic during heavy times shopping here. Barely enough space for 2 passing carts. The produce was fresh - good size green onions ✅. In and out real quick.

I giving this 2 stars not because the service or product is bad but because their deli staff doesn't wear hair coverings. Gross! It's a health code violation. Doubly gross. I was there days apart because forgot something. I noticed the lack of hats or hairnets the first time. I called and spoke to the supervisor and he said yeah I noticed it and had them put hats on. Two days later, same thing. No hair coverings again. I called again and spoke to the same person and said none of your staff has their hair covered. I Aldi made it clear I will never purchase from that deli ever again and will tell everyone I see the same thing. Unless people like getting hair in their food the by all means, shop that deli counter. I feel like they've let slide many of he uniform policies that made them Lund's with a professional look to match the professional service. My advice, shop that deli counter with caution. You may end up with something in your purchase you may not want, HAIR!

Lunds is closer to highway robbery than it is an upscale grocery store. I was looking for brownies and cookies and left without purchasing them because they wanted $40 dollars for one box of brownies and 1 box of cookies. This is absolutely asinine.

Much better then the old highland store. The new store is much bigger and more modern feeling inside. Parking is also in a hidden garage and not an ugly normal Parking lot

Not the cheapest in the area but their quality is very good. I heard they had a bar upstairs so I came in to check it out. It’s self serve so you can enjoy and pour your own brews as you see fit. You can sit inside or outside but there’s no shade outside so it’s better for the evening or night. There are some bar snacks that are somewhat reasonable too so you can eat and drink to your heart’s delight. Not a bad place to go at all!

They have some interesting products and a good selection. I was surprised that their fruit section was majorly infested with fruit flies, and some tomatoes were moldy. For the prices they charge, I would expect better.

This new location is a disappointment! Bring back the old spacious parking lot. The new ramp is too small and tight, and nobody seems to know how to drive in there. Close call accidents every time we have been there. The isles are now narrow, making it hard to pass a shopper coming in the opposite direction. Most of the staff is ok, except for the evening deli people. The lady with the brown braided ponytail always acts put out to help you. Unfortunately the prices are too high as well unless there is a sale. $7.99 for 3 croissants? Wow, that's crazy! They are cheaper in France! I guess if you park on the street and want your groceries taken out, and want to spend a fortune, this is the place for you.

Awesome new L&B! Love the products! Store layout is huge. It has pop up eats inside along with a tap room on the upper level. Check it out, I'll be back

An awesome barbecue stand in a grocery store? Yup! It’s true. My wife enjoyed a half rack of ribs and a brisket sandwich yesterday for her birthday lunch. Fast and friendly service. Great dessert from the bakery and a big Pelegrínno from the up front cooler. Sat outside in the sidewalk dining area. Nice environment. Very clean. Met a shih-tzu named Rocky. Also bought two great Father’s Day card. This place is so much more than a grocery store.

Very impressive store. Parking garage makes it easily accessible. It felt like being at a big event when you walk in. Went on a Friday morning and it was very busy, but there wasn’t too much of a wait especially at the self checkout area.My only complaint is that the aisles feel really tight. Sometimes it feels awkward to get by folks.

I do 75% of my shopping at Lund/Byerlys. 25% a local butchers. I'm a very loyal customer to this chain. After they moved to the "Bridge" 15 minute city, it didn't make the store much better than when it was in it's old location. It's just differently annoying. This and the Cedar Ave Lunds/Byerlys are the closest stores to me. The staff is great, but they've always been great. That's what makes Lunds/Byerly's a pleasure to do business with. The parking is worse than it was in it's old location. The isles are weirdly narrow except for the pop/beverage isle. That's a wider, isle with pallets in the middle-making two narrow isles. Pallets in the middle of the isle at Lunds? It makes this store look very junky. In fact the entire store has a warehouse feel to it. I am not waiting until I'm in the burbs to go shopping at Lunds and Byerly's. The new store is too Cub-like for me.
