I took my car in because of rattling under the hood, it was a simple fix and I wasn't even charged for the service. Differently taking my car back for any future repair!!!Update 3/24:My air conditioner in my truck had gone out and I'm trying to miss the summer rush. They not only fixed it, but I was kept in the loop about the entire process. I was sent detailed information about parts, labor, and the estimated cost. I will differently be going back for any future car problems!!Update2: 5/25:I will go this shop with all car problems!! I truly appreciate the professionalism and honesty they've provided me!!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and a tune up. The guy said he was the owner of the shop. Said he would oversee the work on my car himself. They charged me $375.!!!!!!The next day my oil light came on, I opened the hood of my car and found oil ALL OVER my motor, and NO OIL CAP!!! I called right away, they denied my complaint, he claimed to put the cap on himself!If I had the money I would have brought them to court

Dont become another victim of lavicta. I am a former employee, disgruntled, sure. But that does not mean what I say is not true. The over Victor has an issue being honest, he will do anything and everything to get money out of you including changing parts that have nothing wrong with them. The most current example was a Chrystler 300 with a missfire, previous shop had replaced a coil and it was still missing. I looked at it and noticed that one of the pins was bent, straightened it out and plugged it in. Worked perfect. I told Victor and he said that he was ordering them a new coil, I told him not to because there was nothing wrong with their current one, just a bent pin. He went ahead and ordered the new coil (with 400% markup and $100 an hour labor charge) Made me change the coil because "the customer is not going to pay for parts we didnt change" which I told him, "so dont charge them because there is nothing wrong with their current one, just charge them the diagnostic" But he changed it anyways. Kept the customers car for 4 days, their car was ready the same day but since he had to order the part, and got the wrong one the first time had to wait longer, then lied right to the customers face about their good coil being bad.One of the lesser examples.Oh. If you have a silver camero and read this, please contact me, Lovicta destroyed your engine and pulled it out for no reason, then charged you for their mistake, kept your car for like 4 months and Victor was driving it around like he owned it when you couldnt pay for the engine that was 100% their fault, I can give detailed information. What they did to you was beyond disgusting and I am sorry. I hope you read this, we have only ever had 1 silver camero, you know who you are. If you know someone that has a similar story please pass this on. I will do what I can to make it right.I allowed Victor to corrupt my moral values, not anymore.Please, stay away from this place, nothing good can come of it. The 5 star reviews come from a company Victor hired to raise his rating, anothing pathetic move by Lovicta, their real reviews are so bad. I am ashamed to ever have been a part of this garbage dump.

Brought my car up there to have two specific things looked at he sent me a quote for over $900 for 34 different things that I didn’t even ask him to look at. I tell him I want to come pick up my car and I have to pay 120 in order to pick up my car and he did nothing to. It never told me he charged me diagnostic fee. Nothing and I have my receipt to back it up. This place is very Shiesty had me waiting very long. The guy wasn’t there when I came back to get my car I had to come back 30 minutes later, this place is very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend it .

Excellent customer service! I needed my brakes & rotors changed.& my serpentine belt changed on my Range Rover . Did a great job .Honest mecanic. Will definitely come back if I have anything else done on my vehicle.

Paid them to press in and out a bearing on a spindle. I had the spindle out of the vehicle and since I don’t have a press I had to take it somewhere. Pressing in and out a bearing should only take about 30-45 min. Took them almost two hours to reinstall the bearing. They didn’t install it correctly forgot my brake shield and ruined the bearing. There was some substantial pound marks like they used a hammer which would be incorrect. They then argued with me about that the hub was bad which they never mentioned until I return due to the bad bearing. The hub has nothing to do with a bearing being destroyed while being installed unless not supported. I had to purchase a new bearing myself. They would not buy a new one for me and they still will not admit fault. Don’t go there. They’re only there to take your money.

They came through when I was in a bind. Car was stopping on me repeatedly and I was fortunate enough to be able to pull over into a parking lo.t Just happened to be right next to Lovicta and I walked inside to see if they could take a look.Victor came out took a look and after a while informed me that I had issues with my throttle body. We got a replacement ordered up and I my car was up and ruining the next day. Service was fast and friendly. Two weeks later it's still working well and I am fortunate things went badly when and where they did.
