Great customer experience. We worked with Tina, who was fantastic. Great knowledge about their product and how to come up with the design that works for our space. The assembly was straight forward. I highly recommend viewing the inboxing and set-up videos that feature Shawn Nelson.

I am easily frustrated with auto management, but the chat links you via text to a person in your area and she was fantatic. With supply chain issues we are all experiencing, she navigated it all for me. When I had a one small, missing part, she was all over it. It was great.

My son died in Dec. I bury him on the 24th of April.I love my Lovesac so much. So glad I got it. It hashelped me get rid of stress. All my accounts were compromised andI have been dealing with a lot.Mike J A Kullik
