Went here YEARS ago. Glad to see it's still here. Plenty of Controlled Substance red tape back then as well; independent pharmacies are quite rare - glad y'all are still around!

My girlfriend switched to this pharmacy during the ADHD meds shortage and they have consistently had her meds on time for a reasonable price. She says there's always great service too

Went to get meds, learned I lost my health insurance coverage, so I left. I had my doctor transfer the prescription to a different pharmacy where I knew I could get a discounted price. Then I couldn’t get my meds at the new pharmacy because LLOYDS said I had PICKED UP my prescription already. It’s in the state system. It’s a controlled substance. How does that even happen? insane negligence? I called lloyd’s. they said they reversed it in the state system. I told them I was getting the prescription at a different pharmacy. Called the new pharmacy. Now they can’t fill it because lloyd’s is still holding it for me. Their technician calls Lloyd’s. Today I call the new pharmacy again, hoping it is finally resolved. Now Lloyd’s somehow is saying I picked it up again. I’m losing my mind and am in desperate need of my medication.

As someone dealing with the ADHD medication shortages that have been going on since 2022, Lloyd's has been a lifesaver for someone with executive functioning issues. They have reliably had my medication ready on time (which in itself is impressive considering the ongoing shortages). The staff are friendly, helpful, and really go the extra mile to help you when problems come up. And the variety of options they have to request refills (especially on their website) is such a huge help, and has really lowered the barriers I usually face in managing my prescriptions! I'm so glad I made the switch to Lloyd's from CVS last year :)

Pharmacies like this are gems. Personal, friendly. They will never ambush you like some of the chains where pharmacists can censor your prescriptions for religious or cultural reasons. Compounding is a lost art--it refers to making combinations of drugs exactly to your doctor's special order. Lloyds or a chain--easy choice.

The customer service is beyond five stars. They are polite&efficient. Your prescription is ALWAYS On time. They communicate with you and explain effectively. Never have to wait in a line. Just a excellent pharmacy

Per my insurance I've had to have my rx's filled by a Big Box store. After waiting all week for my refill, they told me they couldn't fill it until the 8th & to try smaller pharmacies. I called my former pharmacy, Setzer! Peter said they didn't have it either but to call their sister store, Lloyd's. I did and spoke to Nikki who said they had plenty of the med and could fill it in 10-15 minutes! fThank you Peter for pointing me in Lloyd's direction! I also am glad I was able to support a small, local merchant! Thanks Lloyd's & Setzer!!

I switched from CVS to Lloyd’s to try helping a local business, but I regret every minute. It is always a hassle to get your prescriptions from there, every trip to the pharmacy takes 30 minutes, between them trying to find your name in the computer, looking for the medicine, realizing is not ready and having you sit there and wait to get it ready for you. The staff member that I always have to interact with is also rude, not just unprepared.To top all of that, their parking lot is unsafe.Definitely going back to the convenience of CVS.

Go to another pharmacy they will ignore you when you’re in front of the line. This place has gone down hill. I will be switching to Walgreens pharmacy.
