I enjoy the services I receive from Lincare. They have helped me to manage my COPD and still go about my daily life. I especially enjoy my weekly delivery's from Paul. He is always friendly to my wife and always has a smile. He also makes sure that I have everything I need for my oxygen tanks.

I called Lincare twice this week (for my mom) and the same lady answered. She was very rude both times. HORRIBLE customer service. Please address your personnel issues.

Lincare has been brilliant in supplying oxygen condenser; large tanks; smaller tanks used with a case and more recently replacing the above with a POC (portable oxygen unit). Working with Carson Madsen was easy. He went out of his way to personally deliver the device. This made the trip to the Mayo Clinic easy having the POC. I cannot thank him enough, I give him 10 stars!So appreciate the great customer service during a very stressful time.There are a lot of poor reviews below but give them a chance to earn your trust. Lincare has made some changes to their service practices recently. They recognize the reviews and are actively involved in providing quality service. I highly value good customer service & believe they do as well.

LinCare cares about people. They helped me switch to LinCare from Adapt Health who would not supply me with travel oxygen, so I went 10 days without oxygen because they said they were NOT Required to supply me with travel oxygen. LinCare has been good to me & I appreciate them.

Father in laws portable oxygen hasn’t been fixed in 5 months and they won’t offer a reason or eta of return. Terrible unreliable, scamming the older generation to sign contracts take their money and not holding up their end! Again scammers taking advantage. Wish I could leave -100 stars! You should be ashamed of what you’re doing. Clearly in it for money and not care of life.

I had been on hold for 20 minutes and gave up. Tried again and took 30 minutes for an answer. Not a helpful answer. Requested to talk to customer service and was disconnected. Not happy with this customer service at all.

If you can go anywhere else for medical supplies, do that! Screw up orders and don’t answer phone when they do. Said my order was corrected 6 weeks ago and new wb sent. Still waiting and can’t get ANYONE on the phone except an answering service. They should be shut down for harming peoples health.

ZERO STARS!!! I would not recommend this place. My Husband passed away almost a month ago. I informed Lincare of his passing. I had to call several times to have equipment picked up. Someone from Lincare actually called my number asking to speak with my Husband. This is cruel. The person who called should have known she couldn't speak with my Husband! Very bad delivery service also! Seems like no one knows what they are doing.
