This particular location is not at all on brand with other Lifetimes. It’s cramped and underground so no outside light ever. Most of the classes are great but the class schedule is MUCH smaller than all other locations. Not to mention that they recently increased rates but now make you do all your own work (set up and clean your own stations after a class). This causes a major bottle neck and takes forever if you need to get out of there right after class ends. I’ve seen people not even clean their equipment so it’s an incredibly unsanitary practice they’ve implemented. Plenty of employees are standing around so I’m not sure it’s a staffing issue at all.

Parking is awful (ramp is small, scanner to get in/out is very finicky so lines get very long), the workout areas are in a basement so no windows and it can feel claustrophobic, there are fewer classes than other locations, plus there no pool, steam room, gym, or other amenities the other locations have. I’ll continue to go here since it’s the closest option, but I wish it were better. The equipment is good though and the workers are all great, so it’s not all bad. I would be more understanding if the monthly cost was less than the bigger and better locations.

My lifetime experience was fantastic! But I still don’t know what happened to Mary. The equipment fits perfectly in this facility, not packed in at all and plenty of variety. I also found plenty of water fountains to complete my hydration needs! Bonus points for having a Wells Fargo in the building.

Dom is a great manager—gave me a fantastic tour, told me how to make the most out of my membership, and even showed me what other clubs I’d have access to. The facilities are clean, they always have infused water at the front desk, and my only issue (smaller space) is being fixed over the next year.

Knowing ahead of time that this location may not have what others have (pool, indoor track, etc.), It still has a ton to offer. It's got free weights, cardio equipment, class offerings, a spa, and nice locker rooms. I'm able to get a well rounded workout here and have felt very welcomed ever since joining. Plus, I don't hear much grunting from guys doing lifts. So, 5 stars from me!

Premium price, sub premium services- no basketball court, pool, steam room, hot tub- significantly reduced hours, closes at 8pm on weekends, opens later than pretty much every other location.

Over priced. They charge like they are open 24 hrs when they are not.

Stay away from this club! This is the worst of all the lifetime fitness clubs. Many of the best employees have left. They have complained to the corporate office which doesn’t care. It’s small. Parking is impossible. There are lockers are in the main hallway, so people change clothes in front of everybody. See photoThere’s no swimming pool, track, tennis court, or any of the amenities that you pay a lot of money for. It’s obscenely expensive for what they have. You get very little for your money. The manager earl is a bully who will harass you if he doesn’t like you. He hires mostly well endowed young women, virtually no men or minorities. The personal trainers are constantly trying to pressure you to buy their services. The manager allows employees he likes to sell stuff on the weekends, which is a violation of lifetime rules. Avoid this club! It’s worth the time to go to one further out or to one that actually appreciates customers. There are many that are cheaper in the area.

Clearly not built to be a gym. No pool. But they have everything else you’d need for a good workout. Clean. Child care was good.

Lovely space. Well maintained. Only 3 stars because they are not enforcing masking requirements at all. This shows me that they don't really care about the health of their clients.
