Latuff Brothers has worked on several of our family cars over the years. We have always been very impressed with their customer service and ,more importantly, the quality of their work. We would plan to use them in the future and certainly recommend them.

I have included before and after pictures of my car, the hail damage my car received less than six months after I purchased it was off-the-charts, this shop made it look like it never happened. The only problems I had with the process where my insurance company. I highly recommend this shop if your car gets damage to it, even when the insurance company recommended a more expensive path that would have netted them more profit they insisted that the proper use of action was the one that was cheaper cuz they had the skill to pull it off and they were absolutely right. This is an excellent business and if my car receives further damage over time, I will be returning here again.PS I meant to post this review like over a month ago, but life has been busy, hopefully this helps you if you're looking for a place to get your car some body work! This is the place to do that!

They did an amazing job with my car, the service was pretty speedy in comparison to other places I had asked, and definitely appreciated the interior cleaning! Everyone was super kind too.The only thing I was frustrated with was that I didn't receive many updates about my car during the process. I was told my car would be ready by Friday afternoon multiple times. I didn't hear anything so I called twice on Friday and I received the same information. I only received an update that my car wouldn't be done until Monday only after I called one last time at 5pm the day it was supposed to be completed. That was stressful because I was expected to return my rental car on Saturday (the next day).

It’s so typical that a company would take advantage of a family provider. I took my truck there, thinking that this was the right place to go to when in fact, they were not the right people to go to. So I drop my car off they charged me in unbelievable priceAnd I tell you what you don’t have to believe me take your car. There is a seat for yourself the worst experience ever.

took my vehicle here with estimate at $5,400 ....they milk my insurance and said now it would be $10,400 new price. I'm thinking they are miking the system took two months to get every thing done. then two days later after getting my car from them it starts to make noises. I take it to the dealer to see whats the issue. they tell me rodent got in my truck and ate at some wires thank Latuff brothers for the mouse infestation it cost me more money to get this solves warNing don't leave your car there mice infest your car

Came in after a hit and run with scratches and a dent down the drivers side and they repaired everything like new. The car looks like the day I drove it off the dealers lot. Detailed inside and out. Paint matched perfectly. Highly recommend the team at Latuff Brothers. Will use them in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

Pros: Repair work was good. They gave me options for how I wanted to handle it, and when we decided a rear door would be easier to replace than repair, they found me a comparable part for a good price. Repair was completed when they said it would be, they walked me around the car to review the work before I checked out, and when we noticed a small chip in the paint job, they touched it up on the spot. Car came back clean inside and out, and their warranty is a nice touch. Cons: Quoting process could have been more straightforward and transparent. Patronizing treatment based on gender. Skip the online quoting tool; it was fussy to use and I was asked to bring the car in for an in-person quote anyway. I called to ask about their quote before scheduling my repair with them, because I'd gotten a quote from another shop to compare, and Latuff omitted some mounting clips that the other shop had included. Latuff's rep told me at the time that the clips were unlikely to be needed... but during my repair, they were added on, and when I asked about this, a different rep told me it was pretty common. They ended up charging the clips at cost and waiving the labor charge for them, but I'd rather have had a more accurate quote upfront, especially since I asked specifically about this. The person I asked about the mounting clips the second time conceded that he'd offer them at cost because that's how he'd want his mom or daughter treated. I wasn't anyone's mom or daughter, I was their customer and an auto owner, the same as any man who might walk into their shop. He could have simply said "because that's how I'd want to be treated." He could have had the humility to say they'd offer the parts at cost because they'd misrepresented the likelihood of their necessity in the initial quote conversation. But instead he chose to speak to me as if I needed "gentler handling" on the basis of his perception of my gender. Overall, they do decent work but have room to improve on quoting and treating all their customers equitably.

Everyone there was just so kind and helpful! They walked me through everything and explained everything to me kindly and clearly. Also a very clean and friendly atmosphere as well with a lovely waiting room! Overall, this place has you in very good hands! :)

Can't say enough positive things about the service here-easy pickup and drop off, they help coordinate the rental car for you, and they kept me up to date at all times through text messaging.
