This lady is uncouth and very rude and for some reason cannot answer simple questions. My fiancée and her bridesmaids took time off work, one even flew in from out of the country. Their appointment was to be at 11am and lo and behold, they were met with excuses and told to reschedule it 12, upon which they decided that after being outside for a while, they would be better served at a different store. I called to get the details and she got quite angry about the inquiry. Per her, they could have waited till 12 as there was a schedule mix up. Mind you they had another appointment at another shop at 3pm. I guess them informing her that they had other appointments and that the previously scheduled 2.5 hours(which was fine) had been marred by her lateness, as this would make them late did not sit well. Inasmuch as you have been in business, when the time changed, you should have in a professional manner informed your clients, but that's an etiquette not in your arsenal This place was recommended by a fellow black guy who I met at a boxing gym. He told me "black owned, your fiancée will love it". Black-owned or not, this lady is unprofessional she tried to deflect while informing me that she's been in business long enough. Started raising her voice after which she hung up on me. You dislike being held accountable which showed up as petulance. All I did was try to explain the disappointment in what happened. Black or not, I do not recommend this shop. They might have nice attire, but the attitude is uncivilized. I will definitely deter anyone in my network from shopping here. As a professional, I never advocate rudeness in any situation, as stated I tried to ask what had occurred and was met with the utmost vile. I understand that this is a niche area and having minorities represent here is important; I do commend you for providing that. I just know that such a position should not make one get to a point of feeling so superior and above the very people they claim to by advocating for. I am all for promoting spaces for minorities and I hope you well. In this case however, me calling to talk through this(I honestly was hoping to bring my fiancée there on another day, had this conversation been civil) did not have to get to such a point of you having to tell me about the length of which you have been in business, nor did it warrant you hanging up on me. I was not disrespectful, I explained why I called and why the events of today disappointing and while I was talking you intentionally hung up the phone. There is a certain level of decency that transcends beyond a person's level of expertise and that was lacking from whoever I spoke to today. As a fellow minority, am I disappointed, very much so. To think that since Thanksgiving of 2023, I had been telling my fiancée about coming to your shop, I think the blame solely lies on me. I am more saddened that I cannot add to the numbers to support you.
I do however wish you the best and thank you for opening that space for other minorities.

I visited Lorraine October 2023 for my wedding dress and the vibes, hospitality, cleanliness, and much more were superb. My mom, fiancés mom, sister, and I all got to pick out what dresses to try on and Lorraine picked a few as well which the 2nd dress I tried on was one she picked and I overlooked and ended up being the one! I tried on half of the rest we picked out and NOTHING compared to the one Lorraine picked for me! She paid attention to detail, body language, and what would best fit my body shape. I loved that I could mess around with the dress like making it strapless or adding small details to the dress. I highly recommend LaNoire Bridal shop for any brides searching for their dream dress!

Beautiful bridal shop and experience. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and was so perfect. There were alot of dress options to choose from, it was my 1st dress appt so I was still getting a feel for different styles and tried on a variety of dresses. Customer service was also great; very attentive and customized to our needs. I would definitely recommend the VIB experience, we loved the glitter mimosas and juice options. It also came with charcuterie boxes and gifts.

Lorraine is a bridal wizard. My dear friend and I were having dinner after not being able to see each other for quite some time, and we found out we were both getting married! Three weeks apart from each other!! Neither of us had looked at wedding dresses at all, and she suggested that we go peruse somewhere. I took the idea seriously and began looking at places in the area. I called LaNoire and Lorraine picked up and graciously said she could see us in 15 minutes.We walked over and the shop was STUNNING. So elegant and light, and highlighted with the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen. We told her we were both getting married and she gave us both an amazing appointment with care, humor, and professionalism. Though we were just perusing, my friend FOUND HER DRESS! It was the most stressless and organic choice she had ever had to make.Going into LaNoire was a bridal blessing. Had my friend and I not needed to care for our meter, I believe I may have chosen a dress as well!! Lorraine’s eye for fashion and ability to read body type is positively uncanny. You also get a custom Jean jacket with the purchase of a dress, and I thought that was such a lovely touch! Truly, the most incredible clothing experience id my life.Do not walk to LaNoire Bridal, RUN!

My friend and I had reached out to Lorraine to look at dresses for both of our upcoming weddings. The shop is beautiful and all the dresses are amazing. I was not intending on finding a dress at this time, but Lorraine picked a dress for me to try on that I fell in love with. I couldn't imagine myself in another one and I couldn't be happier. This was the most stress-free experience I've ever had. Thank you so much and I cannot wait for my dress to arrive!

Lorraine and her team at LaNoire Bridal are the best. Such a fun experience during my bridal appointment with snacks, music I wanted playing, and signs for my guests to hold up if they liked a dress or not. It was chill but also felt like a fancy experience. Gorgeous shop, clean, smells great. Free one hour parking on Robert outside of the building. Cool location in downtown St. Paul.I ended up buying my veil from LaNoir, I could come in anytime with no appointment to do that. I got to customize the lengths and could've added more details (like applique along the edge).I would tell all brides-to-be to go to LaNoir Bridal!

Let me begin by saying, I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS! But LaNoire deserves every bit of recognition possible! I could not speak more highly of the owner, Lorraine, and my experience at LaNoire! It was by far the BEST BRIDAL EXPERIENCE out of all of the bridal boutiques that I had scheduled appointments at! Lorraine could not have been a more welcoming host despite my wedding party arriving 10 minutes late for the appointment! She has such a warm, bubbly, and inviting personality and made this experience so memorable for my wedding party and I!She provided beverages and snacks throughout the appointment. She was exceptionally patient, never rushing or pressuring me in anyway! She also has an AMAZING SELECTION OF GOWNS that hug you in all of the right places and make you feel like a queen. I love the customization ability with any of the dresses so that you will have exactly what you envision for your big day!I would rate my experience at LaNoir Bridal a 10/10 hands down and recommend to any bride looking for her dress!
