I recently had a starter fail. i had to have my car towed to Lancer. Chad walked me through what I needed to do to get my car to Lancer and then explained the next steps. The service manager stayed late, the car was repaired before noon the next day. Above and beyond expectations.

I've been having my cars serviced at Lancer since the mid-seventies. Jim Thomas and his son, Carl, who is now running the business have always been fair, honest and accommodating. They do great work and honestly, I haven't experienced any negatives!

Had an accident that destroyed both my upper and lower oil pan. The repair was completed in a very timely manner and I was kept updated throughout the process. Excellent customer service and I’m pleased with the repair and will be back for future service.
