Great people to work with. No problem too difficult to solve. More than fair on their charges. Have always been completely satisfied with my interactions with the folks at Kat-Keys! Unlike the total lack of service experienced with most establishments these days, these guys know how to take care of their customers. Nice, family run business. You can't go wrong with Kat-Keys.

Four phone calls, 2 emails with detailed pictures sent (no responses), 3 different staff conversations, 3 weeks duration, and I was never able to get an estimate on a simple front door lock replacement.

Great, stable downtown St. Paul business. These guys have helped me out three times! This last time was a real emergency (to me)! It only took them 5 seconds to fix it! Last minute, before Easter weekend. I'm sure I looked like a crazy woman coming into their store with a carry safe and a snack dog in my arms!!! Thank you, Kats Keys!!

Great team of guys for on-site service, or even just simply stopping by to get copies of keys made! Love that they stamp the keys as well if requested! Having so many keys and being able to label them is a time saver!

My lock installer knew what he was doing, came up with an elegant plan for how to install the lock that had stymied me, and was pleasant to boot. I have always liked the professionalism of Kat Keys.

I recently lost my extra radial key to my tool box and I took my remaining key here to be duplicated. They were able to supply me a key and cut it with no phone call or appointment needed. The experience was quick and easy. 10/10 would recommend.

Would not cut a key for 1990 Lincoln said it was to old different locksmith did it in 10 mins or less will never call them again

They have been around too long ,Their relatives are many ,some are less than trustworthy.Be very careful your politics and relations don’t conflict with them.
