I bought soya sauce and I returned it the next day I was telling the that this isn’t soya sauce! I try to make shish kebabs for my special lady because I’m Nigerian and I am very familiar with the sauce she refund she refused to give me a refund and demanded that that was soya sauce I told her that is not soya sauce it doesn’t even taste like it and it was super bitter please stay away she was very rude she was having 20 minute conversation while I was waiting in line to check me out

Super rude just bought some turkey necks and I got home they were spoiled I called her and she said im lying she don't sell spoiled food and saying since she was talking nice im trying to lie why would someone lie about food being old everything else was fresh Im never going back there the owner is super rude

If zero star is possible, I will give it to this store. It is absolutely unnecessarily for you to be this rude to paying customers. You don’t know what people are going through. If customer service is not your thing, please close down your shop or find someone better to manage your store. I’ve recommended several people to your store and all have complained about something. If you’re not rude, your store is never open at the scheduled time. Seriously, change. I come to your store and recommend people support you but that is changing moving forward, bet. We are all grown and does not need to be disrespected.

Owner is RUDE RUDE RUDE. Thought it was just me until I read all the other reviews. She didn’t acknowledge my presence waiting to check out for 15+ minutes while she attended to other “tasks” in the store. Will never go back!

She is rude and have no sense to care for her customer. I tried to be supportive in many occasions I went there and felt disrespected. One time I went to the store with my mom when it was near close time, this lady later have to ask me why have to bring my mother in the store and that she is too slow. Another time she tried to tell me I couldn’t buy the fresh greens that just came in because she has some remaining in the fridge, while she was unboxing and packing. Another time she ask me if I have cash for a purchase that was less than $10 and I said no this lady asked me to turn around and return the food back (not frozen) literally one item and tied to give me a moral. I could’ve gotten more stuff if she was more respectful or kind about it. A rude rude rudeeeeeeee lady.

Woooow all I’m seeing is the same complaints about an old woman being rude. This has drove me away. Someone needs to get her in check or pretty soon you won’t have any customers and this is coming from a customer who looks at reviews before I visit anywhere. I wanted to support but I would prefer not to be Handles by an angry rude woman or man. Reviews matter.
