Love my Johnston and Murphy shoes. Went to the J&M store at MSP terminal 1 and their customer service was excellent, they asked me if I needed help and then left me alone to shop. Actually I love all of their products, they had some really nice jackets and there is no sales tax at the airport location. Either way If you're flying in or out and plan on going to Johnston and Murphy, skip the Mall of America and wait till you get to Terminal 1.

Love these guys. They keep my history and I walk in buy my shoes, no tax and free shipping. I have bought at least 12 pairs of shoes here. I have gotten where I only buy Johnston Murphy shoes in the MSP airport. Great new sales lady there, Ella from Russia. She was super helpful.

Staff is completely clueless and does not pay attention to customers. They also don't know their products. I asked specifically about wide shoes and was told that they only have W sizes and no EEE sizes. I came home and opened page 55 of their catalog with plenty of EEE sizes. While the Salesperson was talking to me she was texting her phone. Perhaps she should study her catalog instead. This store does not meet my expectation for the price bracket of J&M.

I just bought a pair of suede boots from Nidia before my flight home. After three days of canceled flights and poor customer service from the airlines (ahem... Delta...) working with Nidia was truly a breath of fresh air. She was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me, even offering her style opinion when I asked for it. Johnston & Murphy clearly prioritizes excellent service (they are shipping my old pair of shoes to my house, free of charge) and Nidia clearly epitomizes this value. Thank you Johnston & Murphy for a great product and thank you Nidia for reminding me what truly excellent customer care looks like.
