I had the Best experience with Duane the owner at Jayandee services. I had him reset my Mom's diamond into a ring. I was so worried leaving this piece and trusting someone with it. He was so kind, professional, listen to my ideas, recommended a Euro band which I have loved. I bumped it a week after having it and bent the prong and scratched it, he fixed it, while I waited and didn't charge me. Highly Highly recommend and trust him with any piece you have.

Came here to get a ring resized and an appraisal for my partner. They did such a fantastic job and it was all done in a timely manner! Definitely a better experience than going to one of the "box store" jewelry stores...these guys know what they're doing!

I had to have a ring resized and he was awesome! My ring looks brand new and they didn't charge me a fortune like Zales wanted to do. Perfect local jeweler who is extremely personable as well!

I am recently engaged, my fiance had a jeweler in my hometown use a family diamond to make a stunning engagement ring. It was a bit too big, and so my fiance's mom recommended Duane to resize my ring. Duane was very flexible with drop off and pick up times for my ring. He resized both my engagement ring and wedding band and gave us an appraisal for the set so I could get insurance. The cost of all of these services combined was very competitive and affordable compared with large name jewelers in downtown minneapolis. He was kind, thoughtful, and responsive.

I contacted Jayandee Services to have some laser welding done on a family heirloom watch, and after discussing the job with Duane, I sent him my watch with high hopes. This was MONTHS ago. I can't get any response from Duane and he STILL has my watch.

Duane agreed to work on my watch, but when I sent it to him, he went 100% radio silent. He won't respond to emails and still has my watch MONTHS later. Don't know if any work has been done, I just know I am out a watch! Unacceptable!

I went here to get my wedding band made after being quoted at about $900 by one of the big chain jewelers. I wanted to put two of my mom's diamonds in a simple band. Jayandee Services charged me under $400 and it turned out great! They were helpful and easy to work with.
