Very taxing experience. Set up an online appointment then had to wait over 2 12 hours past the appointment time to get seen. NO apologies were given. The fees seemed a bit high for the time spent waiting and services pro ided.

Robynn came out for my appointment in -30 bellow weather and wasn’t even supposed to be working!! She also went way over and beyond to try to get me approved for the early advance, even though I wasn’t approved she was very knowledgeable of her work and gave me pointers when I do return for her to do my taxes. I would of never came back because I know how to do my own taxes but all the effort she put in, I have to most definitely return… Robynn you ROCK girl!!! See you in January keep the good work up!! She’s your go to girl, I recommend her so request her she will make you very pleased with her services. Thanks Hun…
