My experience at Gerber was great. I was purchasing a pair of diamond stud earrings for a birthday present, and they were extremely patient with me asking one million questions, change my mind, laser on different post backs, offered to ship the earrings with insurance, even gift-wrapped the box and let me include a small card. They also were very sensitive to my budget and I never felt pressured to go up in price or settle for a lesser-quality stone. Bonus: The gift was a huge hit! Everyone's happy.

Absolute quality at this store. Great jewelry in a range of budgets and a friendly and helpful staff that can create sparkly magic. My favorite ring ever was bought here and it's an original! They've also made new slides for my omega necklace. 10/10 would recommend!!

We just received our custom made engagement ring and I have to say that Gerber Jewelers is in my opinion the BEST jewelry store in the State of Minnesota. We brought in a picture and details of what we were looking for in an engagement ring and Rafic gave us many similar ring options and worked with us on how to create exactly what we were looking for. Rafic and his wife Samar are two people that sincerely care about their customers and they both went over and above to make our experience when purchasing our engagement ring a memorable one. His wife Samar knew that I was excited about this engagement ring and surprised me by sending me a video of the ring as soon as it was completed. Rafic is a jeweler that takes great pride in his family run business and all of the quality jewelry that he creates.

Rafic, Samar, and Rami are so knowledgeable and kind. I had the best experience here and would highly recommend. This place is the real deal. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They resized my ring in 30 mins! I thought I would need to wait days, but ended up waiting less than an hour. They design and make beautiful pieces, not send it out to someone else to make or size. I am a new loyal customer.
