Just before boarding international flight I realized I had forgotten my headphones . Ran to the iStore and the associate was helpful getting me an affordable pair of noise canceling ones . Unfortunately he did not ask if I was going to use them with my phone . And in my hurry to catch my flight I didn’t think of it . My fault I know. But I’m now sitting on a plane with new headphones that I cannot use with my phone for the music and podcasts I downloaded. Would be very helpful if store employees asked flustered travelers a few more details so we could buy all the right stuff. ?

Store associate followed me around like I was going to rob the entire store. “Other” customer was left around to play with gadgets. After asking me if they can help with something, seemed annoyed that I actually had product questions.
More to come because I am sick of being treat like this is in these spaces. ?

I bought a product from this store that did not perform as advertised by the sales associate and that was listed at twice the price as the products direct website. I contacted the store to attempt a return, where the associate was kind, but unable to assist with a refund or return. I have attempted to contact corporate to help assist, but they cannot be reached and their voicemail is “full.” I do not recommend unless there are no other options available to you.

This place is awesome!!!! They, the store staff, pre charge all of the portable batteries!!! I forgot mine at home and this store saved me.

Employee there was very helpful. I didn’t buy the laptop charger because the price was 25 dollars more than the market but that’s expected at any airport.

Ok let’s live out your worse nightmare. You are about to hop on a 12 hour flight nonstop to Japan, your phone is on 4% and you reach for your charge block and cable and realize that you left it on your nightstand. WHAT DO YOU DO?!?!?Well that’s easy, head on over to the istore and browse their amazing selection of products for all your charging needs. Also, don’t forgot your phone needs protection. So grab a screen protector and case while you are there!!!

Employees have no idea what they are selling, I was sent home with an Apple pencil that's not compatible with my iPad, a keyboard folio that doesn't fit the iPad pro he sold us, he told me to my face that iPad pros don't have cellular capabilities. In reality they just don't sell them with cellular capabilities at this location. He was truly no help or even worse than that flat out lied to us about compatibility and availability of products. Don't judge me... We're new to Apple products, That's why we were asking questions.

When I lived here, I used to enjoy flying out of here. Flying IN to here is miserable, especially if you need a rental car. It's not like you have a choice of airports, so just suffer.

This airport was a complete cluster. There were people everywhere, it was so hard to get to your terminal. Disorderly. Dirty. Unable to find decent food and drink options TOTAL nightmare. I will absolutely avoid it if I have to fly through ever again. Delta does not help with navigating anything as the staff were just shouting the announcements while people were incredibly loud. Delta is hands down the worst airline out there and I wish Alaska flew to Tampa direct from PDX.
