We went into a hungtington bank.I noticed a staff on the phone talking to someone someone he was sitting over sounding annoyed. He was talking about a loan.Then the other teller was talking to someone about police and her stuff being stolen. She sounded not happy with the teller. Poor lady kept repeating her story and the staff.When we came in a gentleman said be right with you. The office had someone’s bag and jacket. This showed us their was a manager or a lead in the office.The staff who was annoyed on the phone says do you need something. I said yes I need to see the manager he says there isn’t a manager and was getting snappy. The guy who said he would be right with us knew that we needed to be seen by a manager so this staff member yelling through the bank to the seating area was ridiculous. Very rude and not professional

Gave the teller a $20 bill & asked for 20 single dollars. Simple request. The teller had my 20 ones in his hand in 2 minutes. It took me another 10 minutes for him to hand it to me because he was frustrated with his computer. As usual only 1 teller open. He asked for my ID to break a $20 bill. Really????

Tried to go inside lobby and was it close be cause need withdraw large amount. Got to drive thru no car except me filling out my withdraw slip other cars start go the other lanes. Sent my tube didn’t get a greet and was waiting. Then others were greeted and was served, me thinking ok maybe worked on mine because I need withdraw of large amount. 3 car passed all empty me again which I waited 15 mins already. Another 3 different cars went to each different drive thru and as I was looking they got served so I pressed call button and waited and again after 5 min no response. To the point got really ticked off, I repeatedly pressed multiple time and got a response “ you didn’t have to press that many times” me thinking WHY DID YOU GUYS THINK. Then decided to served me. Stuck there for almost 30 mins

This is an awful bank. Closed a family member’s account because they didn’t like they way they were spending THEIR OWN money. Then proceeded to give them a run around when trying to get the balance in the account. Stay far away.

If there is a lower 1 star, please use it for me. This place is horrible (escuse my choice of words), but this is the fact and I dont understand what the issue is. Staff or management? Something need to be done. Sometimes I hate visiting.Thank you.

Just moved to area was going to set up with thos bank as it's close to my home but they didn't seem interested in having me as a customer so I found another bank on e I saw the horrible review's was happy they didn't want me a bank should be ashamed to have the bad number they have

I've had an account with this bank since they took over for TCF Bank. My relationship with this bank institution has been up and down. Right now it's really low. I stopped to grab some cash and the teller asked me what kind of bills I wanted back. I gave a clear answer. They ignored my request and took 15 minutes to give me my money when nobody was in the line at that time. I'm going to call the whole business suspect. I'll keep a report going. Its possible they could be racist. I'm still trying to figure them out????????

They tell people they need to make an appointment when the lobby is empty and all the workers are sitting around visiting. Then when you are trying to cash a check for your minor child who doesn't have an ID although you been cashing those small amount same checks for year, and have well over enough in your account to cover the checks they won't cash them. Worthless to have an account with them! Hours are not even manageable for people who work 8-5

Been sitting at the drive through for 15 minutes just to make a deposit! I’m the only car!!!! The vacuum sucked up my checks so here I sit and NO response. Pushed the “call button” over and over. Got a response and now I sit again!!!!

Wish it was still TCF. The account I had with TCF for decades was better. Huntington has problematic policies.

People are so mad at Huntington branch facing Ha Tien Supermarket here at Saint Paul. Today, Monday December 12th of 2021, a long line of customers were waiting at the door at 8:50, as their opening time is 9:00. But until 10:05 when I left, that branch is still not open yet. I tried to get someone from their customer service, but no one picking the phone. Nobody knows what is going on here.
