Pay at the pump will habitually not work and car wash credit card reader doesn't work. Waited in line for 20 minutes just to have to back out and leave.

You can get decent to good customer service at this store in the daytime but kind of dirty , the night /overnight shift is the worst ever. The store becomes filthy and the cashiers are nonverbal and rude. The products seem to be picked through every time and stock is low on multiple items. Instead of telling the customer" one moment sir or ma'am I'll be right with you" they are on their phone talking to whoever completely disregarded the person who is ready to spend money. If your employees are this uninspired, they need to find a suitable place of employment because customer service is not their profession. There is another store across the street I will bring my business to them. Overall experience here on average is horrible and in the future I hope Holiday gas stations higher better professional team members to ensure great service

Stopped in today to buy oil and gas. Bought four containers of oil. I needed 5W 20. I grabbed a role of what said 5W 20 on the first two. Upon arriving home and taking them out of the bag. I noticed the last two were 5W 30. Went back to the store asked to return and swap out for the 5W 20. Kristiana stated no that she could not help me and would not return the oil. I asked for a manager she stated she was a shift leader and that there was not a manager on duty. I would like for the owner to please contact me on solving this issue. As another business owner. I would like to know if my employees were not treating my customers with respect.

Stopped in there this morning and the place was disgusting! Countertops were filthy, fruit flies in donut case, coffee machine down, all employees just hangning out at counter. Never stopping in there again

Filling gas cans, lots of bees hanging around well filling; the grounds around the pumps seem to be sticky with soda and other sugary stuff and don't want to get stung. But great survice..

It was nice clean and friendly cleaner than Speedway Subway and Walgreen all they are all in a square out of all 4 stores I visit I'm putting in my application at Holiday Hands Down ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
