Let me just say, if you're looking for the best gas station experience in the area, this Holiday location is hands down the place to go. What really sets it apart is the incredible difference in service compared to other nearby Holiday stations. While you might expect a consistent experience from the same chain, the culture of customer service and pride at this location is something special.
First off, the people working here are absolute gems. Every single one of them is incredibly friendly, and you can tell they genuinely take pride in their work and the business. It’s obvious that the team here has a strong sense of pride that you don’t always see at other locations, which makes it even more noticeable and appreciated. I’m greeted with a smile every time I walk in, and it’s always clean and perfectly stocked.
The employees are always busy with something—whether it’s cleaning or stocking inside, or taking care of things outside. It’s honestly refreshing to see a place where the staff is genuinely invested in keeping everything running smoothly. And I’ve been here so many times that I think I know everyone by name—it’s like a little Mayberry moment, right here in the middle of a busy suburb!
If you’re looking for a place that nails that perfect blend of friendly service and a clean, well-run shop, this Holiday station is it. Honestly, I can’t recommend it enough!

What can you say about Holiday stores.. It is clean, well stocked and has everything you would expect... For me the attraction is hot freshly brewed coffee along with some nice pastry... I use the pickle ball backboard at Scott Park right next door so this Holiday is so convenient...

Had issues with the car wash, car full of soap, workers could not give me a another code to allow the wash to run again and told me to come back Monday morning when the store manager was there. Seems if you have any sort of issue only the owner can do something. When I went back to explain I paid for a car wash and then had to go to another to get the soap off my vehicle she was very rude. Will never go to another Holiday again.

Almost all microwaves at 99% of gas stations in Minnesota have them available for the traveler to heat their food from outside. This only allows you to heat the food that is purchased inside the Store and they wasted my time.

The owner manager called me cheap because I wanted to use my Luther reward card? Absolutely unacceptable. Demaris G who is the manager/owner was yelling at me from across the store, saying that I was cheap because I wanted to use my Luther reward card to purchase a car wash. The embarrassment I felt. When I asked for the manager or corporate phone number, she threw her card at me and then in Spanish asked her employees to tell me to bleep off. After reading the reviews to see whether if this was an isolated incident, I’ve come to the conclusion that the woman that owns and operates the business treats her customers like they are beneath her. It’s OK because there are five other gas stations within a .5 mile radius of her. I will be sure never to be going back to this convenience store no matter how much in need I am and I advise that you do the same . what is sad is this used to be a neighborhood gas station, I grew up sledding on the hill located next to them and I loved going to Andy’s market. However, I would not advise spending your money where a person does not respect your hard earned dollar.

They no longer allow lunch to be heated in their microwaves, if you are working in that Apple Valley area it is better to go to the Kwik Trip that is nearby.

I have sip and save account, it asked me to enroll again after I punched my number in, even though I enrolled a week ago, the lady named Ruth ask me to pay for it, she didn’t let me explain myself, she was rude, she took the coffee back. I will never go back to this place and I will sure call the headquarter, based on the reviews, it looks like she is married to the owner, but ruining holiday gas station Brand name. Stay away from this location.

Terrible Customer Service! So Holiday has program for Hot Sandwiches at buy 7 get 1 free. You type your phone number into a key pad to track your purchases. At least 7 times my free sandwich was never credited even though the screen displayed "enjoy your free sandwich" This morning this happened again and the owner was there and I pointed it out and she told me " am I suppose to pay for it" I was going there almost every morning as was my wife separately. Together we spend 20+ dollars almost every day there. Not to mention getting gas. But after today we will never spend one more dollar in this store. It used to be a great place but last year or so it's gotten to be the worst place ever stay away!

They accuse loyal customers of stealing items they JUST sold to you and charged you for. Then do not apologize when their error is pointed out, just MORE offensive behavior. Keep driving for a few blocks and use a different station!!
