This place is a JOKE! 4 times I have tried to get my propane tanks filled. 4 different excuses given. (1) Short staffed. (2) Our propane tank is empty (3) it is too late, we stop filling propane at 8pm (it was about 7:45pm) and today, just now after I stood out by the tank waiting for an employee to come fill my tanks I walked back into the store only to be told by someone else that they can't do propane anymore, the state took it away! Really!?!?

I stopped to get gas on my way home from work Monday night. I also went inside and bought a couple lottery tickets, a couple donuts and a gallon. About a day and a half later I open the milk, and when I poured it out, it came out in chunks. Clearly, it had been stored improperly and had turned bad. I’ve never returned a food item in my life. however I did go back to the store with the gallon of milk and explain what happened. They said because I didn’t have a receipt they wouldn’t do anything. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to get up out of his office, and sent the 20 year old sales clerk out to tell me he wouldn’t do anything. I’ve been going to this gas station for years. I told them exactly what time I was there, what the sales clerk look like, what register it was rung on….but zero attempt to make it right. Also, I don’t ever recall being given a receipt when I check out inside. I will not be going back to this holiday station. There are many others I can go to just as easily.

Today I was buying something at gas stations female cashier and male cashier very rude individual their color looks like spinach not sure they spoke with me unrespect their faces were angry I asked her to put items I bought in bag but responded harshly
If we are customers buying something we don’t want to see such like these rude a cashiers come at work with their problem
Iam suggesting you to hire nice employee smiles and welcome customers

Cons:
The refrigerators are almost always at least half empty.
Lack of parking spaces causes pumps to always be full.
Pros:
Workers are always friendly.
Car wash is touchless.

The employees are the best. Sometimes there are shadey people around not employees and they do keep it safe. ThNk you.

Actually being open 24 hours rates 5 stars with me! 2 speedway stations close by can’t decide when to open or close! I just go to your holiday, (the old Tracy One Stop) free air too.

Vacuum don't work, wash does not dry cars. Store is always dirty and messy. Bathroom is disgusting. Wish Holiday would have never soldout this store has gone down hill ever since.

Two women were holding up the stalls in the women’s bathroom for over 10 minutes. I told staff. Did nothing while I had my boyfriend guard the men’s bathroom for me to use it.. I ended up having to clean a lot of piss and ash of the seat before hand (not my job btw). I finish and come out finally staff goes and checks on the women. Doesn’t make them come out of the stall. She’s just chittatting away with a St. Paul police officer in the store whom btw when she went into the bathroom she had the officer watch the front counter (why is he watching the counter and not being the one to go into the stalls?) anyways she goes back to talking to him and I finally say to her when I go to pay at the counter “why aren’t you having them leave the bathroom?” She goes idk how long they were in there for… are ya for real… long enough for everything we’ve just done to have transpired and then even longer from how long I waited before coming to you in the first place… so a long time. “ “why aren’t you having the officer handle the bathroom situation then? So that way idk I didn’t have to go to the men’s stall and clean it myself when I could have easily used the women’s had you handle it appropriately” she goes I have to clean the dirty toilets all the time too haha ?? yes cause it’s your job girl not mine!!! This place shouldn’t have someone like that working alone at night to handle things all by herself. Ugh so gross and not handle appropriately at all!

Every time I see a sign in the window saying they're shortstaffed and closed for the night, I rejoice that workers are taking their power back. Keeping stores open 24 seven in my opinion is in human, no one should be out dealing with gas station idiots at two in the morning. Viva la revolution and power to the workers. Convenience is a poison.

This store is decent. 4/5 times I come here it's a 5 star experience it's just every now and then there's some ridiculous issue that causes a lot of annoyance. Overall I've noticed they could either hire an extra in-store person or stress harder for employees to open a register when the line is long but other times when it's not busy there'll be 3 people sitting back there behind the registers with no line? I'm not sure what to think of it. The period where they just had a rinkydinky printer paper with sharpie written they were closed on it without ever having updated their hours online was another instance of this annoyance that happens on occasion. It can be quite the busy place!
