Nice to pump gas, but to buy a couple of things in the store itself is a big no in this location for me. I get a couple of things on sale that's always the usual I get at other locations at holiday.
This location is very stingy and charge me extra. It's like they want to squeeze more money out of me. For now on, I'll stick to shopping other usual holiday stores i go to. Since they that don't treat me like this

One: If you have a bad experience at any place, immediately boycott it and don't shop there again. If you have a good experience but see someone else have a bad experience, boycott the place and don't shop there (since such treatment will happen to you eventually).
If enough people walk away, only then will the owner get the idea that things need to be done immediately. And not by some customer care person who doesn't even live in the area, let alone work there.
Addressing concerns should be done immediately by employees, manager, and owner.
Two: I've noticed how the "Owner" will comment only on certain reviews. And they claim complaints will be addressed, but expect you to give out personal info and details to a website. When many of these complaints are detailed enough to have them addressed AND resolved by the owner themself.
But the owner pawns the job onto someone else.
This is not how it was done in the past.
There is clearly much wrong with ALL Holiday gas stations.
Three: I suggest some people visit different Holiday gas stations; noting cleanliness, employee dress and behavior, and a lot more. Recording everything wrong.
They could be in violation of health codes. Building codes. Safety regulations. Human resource rules. Etc.

I just wanted to say thank you to the gentleman behind the counter who treated me like a human being as opposed to the zombified blank stare I received from his sidekick. Also, it's not Management's responsibility to teach other people's children how to be a respectful young adult as opposed to an overgrown manchild or circus clown. Respect is a two way street, but it's never to late to start practicing the art. I worked at every gas station in my hometown and I can't say I learned anything valuable there. Daycare taught me how to count money. Shout out to Juanita!!! Friggin savage! ❤️

A couple days ago I visited and asked if they loaded green dot cards, i was told yes but when I tried to proceed with the transaction I was then told no. She was very rude about the whole thing…

Was there today to get gas. My card declined, went in to figure it out. The woman behind the counter was a b^/$&! Telling me sorry I was having a bad day and I wasn't. Long and short called my bank, they declined it due to the store!!! My advice...DON'T GO TO THIS HOLIDAY!!! Clearly it's not a stand up location!!!

How is it that your store is always closed but you have employees just sitting around playing games on the phone. This makes no sense that your employees dictate when the store is open or closed because someone doesn't show up to work so they milk the clock and close the store. ?

This place tolerates drunk beggars loitering in front of the building harassing customers. The pumps are slow and the price is premium. Never getting gas here again.
