Terrible customer service. I ordered a dress because I wanted it to be a little longer than what she had in stock and she said it was possible. She told me it wouldn’t take more than month to make and deliver to me. However, 2 months past and no dress, but when the dress did arrive, the dress was still short, they had sewn a zipper on the back which made the back of the dress look all wrinkled up when I wore it and the waist line looked terrible! To put it lightly, I did not like it at all. I called her up and explained about the dress and she said that I can exchange for a similar dress when she comes to Fresno. When the day came, I took my time and drove to Fresno to exchange the dress, but she had nothing that was similar to the dress I bought. Her excuse was that those particular dresses must be with her husband in the Merced New Year booth so I told her I will go look there. On Saturday when I went there, her husband said that she had came to help him setup and then took the dresses with her. I called her up and explained the situation again and asked if she would refund me my dress because I was willing to work with her on trying to exchange for a similar dress, but I’m tired of playing cat and mouse with the exchanges. As the conversation continued, she finally admitted she didn’t bring any dresses that were similar to what I had purchased. I told her I didn’t like her other dresses because they were sewn for older ladies. She then said that I can have her remake the dress. I told her I have lost my trust in her ability to remake the dress or let alone her customer service. Not only that, I was looking forward to wearing it this year! She still argued with me that her policy is and exchange only and no refund. My argument is If you promised something to a customer, but couldn’t deliver the same dress in a longer length as discussed and the customer was accommodating enough to meet up to exchange but you have nothing of his/her liking, wouldn’t you want to make the customer happy by refunding the money. As a business, you can always make exceptions if you want futures business and a good reputation. However, this business does not care for future business or referrals! I would never shop here again! First and last time. It was my mistake to trust them in remaking the dress but I thought they have been doing business for a long time so I could trust them and they would have loyalty to their customers! Boy was I wrong! Stick with your book business if you don’t know how to take care of your customers!

Terrible customer service! Never would I ever shop here again! Just go buy from Amazon! Businesses who don't know how to treat their customers don't deserve loyalty!

There are MANY Hmong eateries in the "Hmong Village" in St Paul. I had no particular reason I picked this place other than eye appeal. I ordered the roast pork and sausage on the side. When I looked over, another HUGE serving of yummy black stick rice was being added to my dish. I thought it would be only enough for me for the price, but I could have fed a family of four for what I got. Very generous portions! The green-papaya was excellent...aromatic and tasty! BTW: The owner spoke perfect English and was super friendly.
