Please be aware of this credit union they have absolutely no customer service and keep charging me insurance on my truck that i have insurance on and keep in mind they charge double my normal insurance premiums. I have called several times been treated like complete trash been hung up on been swore at and they still have not resolved a single thing they now just charged me another 3k in insurance on this 2016 gmc that I have leaving me to owe more than what I originally paid for the truck I am now almost up to 70k for a truck with 140k miles the load keeps going up because they keep charging me insurance they also raised my payment by 200 dollars without my consent I am in the middle of taking legal action because the bank has no desire to make this right they are absolutely screwing me over as a customer and they do this to others as well I have a friend that has a loan through them as well and is going through similar issues. PLEASE READ THIS AND TAKE MY REVIEW INTO CONSIDERATION TO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR ANY OF YOUR LOAN NEEDS IT IS A COMPLETE HEADACHE!

I was constantly charge an overdraft fee for months. This bank gave me no notice whatsoever. I dont think they have customer as their first priority.

Terrible customer service. I have my loan here and I seriously regret it. I called to ask a question and got some serious attitude from the woman helping me. Patience of a toddler. I told her I felt like she was being rude and she yelled “I’m not being rude!!” I said “well you just yelled I’m not being rude at me” she slammed the phone down. Never in my life been treated by a place this badly, especially not a place I’m using to finance my car! Places like this should EXCEL at customer service. I’m in shock. I’ll be switching banks.

This place is bs! I was told a while back that there was a skip a payment program here, then someone called back and said there wasn't. Recently I saw on their website that they do and a woman even said they do, but they can't for us. WHAT IS IT THEN? YES OR NO? I SWEAR THIS IS PURE DISCRIMINATION! I have an appointment with my family attorney tomorrow, to discuss what options I have available. You guys have been nothing but the opposite of helpful since day one.

Been a member for 35+ years. Have always had professional, courteous, friendly, and timely service on numerous loans and accounts. Although I no longer live in the metro, they still service many of my financial needs. Have never had a reason to say anything negative about them: Outstanding! Thank You!
