  We came down to The Cities for a quick weekend getaway. Kevin was an excellent host and very communicative, can't wait to return! The neighborhood is so walkable with close transit connections.Walkability: So many coffee shops, restaurants and activities within walking distance. Cathedral, Capitol grounds, Summit Avenue.

  What a treat it was staying here for my birthday! Kevin is a wonderful host and innkeeper not to mention his culinary skills!   If you love a historic home and want the conveniences of a hotel, this is your place. Incredible architecture in both the home and neighborhood.
