Always have a great experience working with Highland Collision Center. During a recent insurance claim, Jesse and his staff did a wonderful job of communicating the repair process, working with insurance provider to ensure all collision related damage was included, and helping us navigate supplemental repairs with all parties.
They also detailed the vehicle at no cost and were very professional at all times. Will definitely use Highland Collision again!

At every step of the process the team at Highland Collision, headed by Jesse in the office, was there to answer questions about the excruciating business of navigating car damage and insurance estimates, clarifying expectations and sharing information. While my car was deemed totaled and I didn't actually see any body work on the automobile, based on the caring attitude, I would highly recommend them.

Their team was really helpful when my car was considered a total loss and the insurance was not answering. They helped call the insurance company and gave me car recommendation. I appreciate all they did to help!

After I was rear ended, highland helped me out to no end. They answered my calls, provided information to make sure I knew how to navigate a situation that was tough financially and otherwise. They went above and beyond honestly. State Farm insurance tried to take advantage of me and Joseph and the other folks at Highland did everything they could to prevent that. I appreciate them so much! Do business with these folks. They are the best.
