Our family has used Heppner’s for many years because of their highly experienced and skilled technicians, estimating staff, and office service representatives. They have provided consistently quality work, within the estimated cost provided and completed on schedule. I have been especially impressed with Marshall the estimator and Summer the office service representative!

I took my platinum ford explorer here to be fixed because someone threw glass or something outside of there car and it causes damage. Once heppners was done I got my car, but then when I got home I noticed some things that weren’t right. So I made a list and brought it back to them. They provided me with a rental free of charge and took care of immediately. They had my car for sometime after that but they made sure everything was perfect. They really do care and it showed. Marshall is also by far the best! This guy was so true to his word and definitely works very hard. So thank you heppners thank you! Now days you can’t find a body shop like this.

I had an excellent experience at Heppner 's Auto Body on E 7th St. in St. Paul. I was given a drop of date, when I went in for my estimate. Marshall arranged for my rental car and kept me informed through out the proces. The body work and paint were great

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They communicated with me very well throughout the entire process and clearly demonstrated a desire to go above and beyond normal auto body work. Additionally the work they did was done quite well. I will absolutely come back the next time I have antibody concerns.

Wonderful experience with this Heppner's! I was very nervous on where to take my car but they made my experience easy and worry-free. Summer was very helpful at check in and Marshall made sure to communicate with me every step of the way! I really appreciated the communication and check ins. There was a slight delay due to a mechanic being out but I was informed ahead of time and I was provided a complimentary 5 days coverage for my rental which was a huge help!
My Mazda CX5 car bumper/taillight was busted, and paint scratched and quarter panel dented. Took a little under 2 weeks to complete. When they were finished, everything looked brand new! and they even washed my car. In addition, they guarantee a lifetime warranty on their work which is a huge plus. I am so happy to have my car back in tip top shape!
Car accidents can be stressful but Heppner's made this process very smooth and I am thankful for the team here. I would definitely return!

Amazing. Marshal and his team did really good work. They disclosed everything and were informing me about anything they would find beyond the damage caused due accident. They even cleaned the car from inside which I was not expecting from them. Thank you Marshal.

Heppner's did body work on my car in August, first untruthful about how long it would take (3x /longer), then they failed to reconnect a door wire that controls the electronic remote locks. This was discovered by the dealership who ran diagnostics on the car. Though I have electronics insurance coverage, this was not covered by my insurance as it was not a failure of the electronics, but a failure of the body shop to reassemble the car correctly. The cost was $186.00. I went back to Heppner's, on a Thursday with the bill and I was told that I would be reimbursed for the cost. However, the guy at the desk said that he couldn't do anything about it but send it to the "upper levels" for approval on Monday, and once approved, I would be called, a check would be cut and mailed. That was 5 weeks ago. I have called this same counter guy every week for 3 weeks and he said the check was still waiting for approval and I shouldn't bother to call because they would call me when it check was being cut. So on the 4th week, I went down to Heppner's AGAIN. The same counter guy wasn't there at the time, so I asked for someone at a higher level and got the name of the GM. I called him and he said that he's never seen any request for approval and that he'd talk to the desk guy. In calling me back, he said that the desk guy said that "he dropped the ball" on this, it was all on him, and that he would send the request immediately. The GM called me back (on a Monday) and said he hadn't seen it yet, but had already sent an email to approve the reimbursement and I should have the check in about 2 days. So I said, well so I SHOULD have it by Friday and he agreed, that should be plenty of time. Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesdays mail came and NO CHECK. So back on the phone to the GM demanding that I pick up a check that day. Heppner's screwed up the repair timing, causing me to spend way more in a rental car than I had planned, I was lied to several times by this incompetent employee, shoddy work in putting the car back together, and either I was lied to again by the GM, or just like his employees...he doesn't follow through in what he says he'll do. I will NEVER USE HEPPNER'S AGAIN. Why should it take 5 weeks and this much stress for a company to correct a situation they caused
