My husband and I recently visited the Health Partners Specialty Clinic in St. Paul with our two-year-old daughter for an allergy test, and we were fortunate enough to have Nurse Craig as part of our healthcare team. From the moment we met him, Craig's genuine compassion and love for his work shone through.Craig's caring and authentic demeanor immediately put us at ease, especially considering our daughter's young age and the anxiety that can come with medical procedures. He took the time to explain the allergy testing process in a clear and reassuring manner, ensuring that we understood what to expect every step of the way.What truly touched our hearts was Craig's unwavering dedication to our daughter's comfort and well-being. Throughout the entire procedure, he was attentive to her needs, offering words of encouragement and gentle reassurance to help alleviate any fears she may have had. His patience and kindness were evident in every interaction, and it was clear that he genuinely cared for our daughter as if she were his own.Thanks to Craig's compassionate care, our daughter's allergy testing experience was as smooth and stress-free as possible. We left the clinic feeling grateful to have had such a caring and dedicated nurse by our side during this challenging time.Thank you, Nurse Craig, for your kindness and dedication to your patients. Great place but hate it because I'm Asian this African American lady said do you have covid before covid was even bad, though wished I could get more refills on my meds bcus I don't have anymore the pharmacy gives me 60 to last a month & I take it thre times a day two pills.

I don’t feel safe here. Toxic leftist gossip/shame culture. A male staff called me and was audibly offended and scoffed when I said I prefer only women to perform my breast MRI. He made me feel emotionally violated and condemned. Leave your bigoted feelings out of my health care! Will there be gossip now, and will my healthcare services me compromised? I have a right to feel safe. A manager called and was obviously defending the “long standing” employee and his problem-solving solution was to tell me, “it’s in the past, it’s all water under the bridge.” What an insult! SMH

Interim staff Saido works at Healthpartners rheumatology very rude and talks about other Healthpartners staff and very unprofessional who should not be around patients. She talks about patients in front of staff which is a violation of HIPPA, she should not be working around patients if she continues to spread information that is against the HIPPA law.We spoke to HealrhPartners staff who confirmed she has done this while working in endocrinology department.

The staff is friendly and helpful. My doctor's here are all excellent. I am a difficult blood draw and they are always able to draw blood within a couple attempts. Easy to check in. Relatively short wait times compared to other places if you have an appointment.
