I have had the worst experience(s) of my life with healthcare, because of HealthPartners. They lie constantly about what is and isn’t covered, multiple times my care coordinator has told me verbatim, that the care I need is covered, only to be billed later on because of some loophole. It’s truly disgusting how they steal your money. When I was on the states free/discount health insurance I received better care than I ever did with HealthPartners.
Avoid !

Fantastic clinic. Caring staff of nurses, Dr’s and admin staff. I’ve been a patient here for 40 years. Their Urgent Care team is wonderful. Highly recommend! Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I understand the TMD Clinic isn't taking new patients, but the young man on the phone didn't need to be so rude about it. Blessing in disguise I guess.

Had the go In and get stitches, and have to say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at an urgent care , or emergency hospital I have ever had. They got me in fast. The nurse was very friendly, Dr. Becker was awesome. She very friendly and talkative. Made me feel comfortable and at ease, making whole experiences as enjoyable as can be when getting stitched up.

The wait time is just too long and not worth it. They put you in the Dr's room and leave you there for over an hour while different healthcare professionals come in and out to ask you the same questions about your condition over and over. I will never go back.

We had a horrible experience with Dr. Vincent. What was supposed to be a simple annual physical checkup became an expensive office visit. We got to know only after receiving the bill in the mail. Completely avoid this clinic and doctor.

Please avoid Dr. Vincent. They have billed our annual preventative visit as an office visit which has costed us a lot of money out of pocket. Very disappointed that this was not disclosed during the visit and we were sent a bill directly. This is both unethical and rude.

did not easily share the forms I needed or have electronic options for doing so. Person I called just wanted to get off the phone.

Got checked in fairly quickly, but I've spent more time in the doctors room than the waiting room at this point.... waiting. Been in here now for about an hour. Kind of ridiculous.

Doctors are friendly and spend a decent amount of time making sure they understand your needs. My doctor takes my concerns seriously and addresses each one professionally.

Whatever you do, DO NOT go to this urgent care. You will be checked in, put into a room and be left in there for 3 hours. (after the initial 2-3 hour wait at the lobby) No one will even check on you in the room, no nurse, NO ONE. I had to walk out the nurse office to find someone, all she said was “Sit tight”. Employees are VERY RUDE. You’d be surprised this is an actual Urgent Care. If you’re sick, you’re better off calling your primary doctor. I would seriously give 0 stars if that was option

Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER YOUR CONTACTS FROM THIS PLACE. Horrible horrible experience. I ordered my contacts after my appointment in EARLY AUGUST with someone at the optometrist office over the phone who confirmed my order for two boxes. First, they messed up my order over the phone and I only received trial contacts. Okay, mistakes happen from time to time I thought so I called back to correct the issue and waited again for my order. Yesterday my package arrives damaged with 1 of my boxes missing. I go down to try and fix the issue but am told since it was shipped and it said I received the package, it is out of their hands, and I am told to file a claim with USPS. Fair enough, but if you ship anything lately you know how inconsistent and bad USPS has been.I am aware this is a USPS issue but the company who does their fulfillment Fait Distribution, does not send their packages insured, they send first class which means I cannot file a claim because it is not insured. I also tried calling Fait to rectify the issue but they cannot discuss any orders because of HIPPA, and I'm told to go talk to my doctors office(LOL). My appointment and first order for my contacts was in August over a month ago. This is actually a joke, and I'm just screwed out of half my order. Save yourself the trouble and order from 1800 Contacts or anyone else for that matter because if your contacts go missing because of carrier issues, you will be given the run around, have your money taken, and receive nothing. GREAT EXPERIENCE.
