Customer service is very poor. I've been working with DME providers for more than 15 years and Handi has gotten worse over the years and now is much worse than competitors for helping people with MA. They state they cannot come out to the home to fix wheelchairs due to insurance reimbursement but somehow their competitors make it work. When we got our most recent chair they would come out and then they switched their policies. Never would have worked with them if this policy had been in place. Also had lots of issues when I used to get supplies from them. Never will work with them again

Fast and pleasant service, Been doing business with them for a few years and never had an issue. They ship quickly and never made an error. Glad to have them as my supplier.

Staff at Handi Medical went above and beyond to help us get a loaner chair to use when the motor in my sister's power wheelchair broke down. Special thanks to Sheldon in service and repair for making everything come together. Finding a loaner chair that met her unique needs was not an easy task. Sheldon pieced together various parts and components and saved the day! Communication was awesome! Thank you Sheldon and everyone at Handi Medical!

To be honest they don't deserve the one star. The customer service is terrible. You can leave messages and emails but don't ever expect a response. They have absolutely no care or follow through.

Came in to get a wheelchair for my father who had a stroke 6 weeks ago. The one he received from the VA was too big and awkward, barely fits through his doorways. Had to wait a bit for them to assemble the chair and the customer service I witnessed is unmatched! It is so heart warming in this day to see this!

Horrible services. The customer services phone line is always silent. I have to dial option 2 and got a gentleman to walk to the other department to tell those people I was trying to reach them. I been on the phone calling like crazy for 45 minutes now. There is no holiday and no excuses for them not to pick up the phone. Now I'm still not getting help.

We asked for a medical bed that was fully electric and went through 2 months of getting all the paperwork for Medicare completed. Bed arrived and it was a POS . Have to crank it up and down, cheaply made . The problem is that they never really explained what we were getting .
