Installer put in back splash I did not order. Close match but not what I ordered. I have been waiting for over Four months to have correc back splash installed. They offered me a thousand dollars to go away. all I asked for is the correct tile I selected to be installed. Am now going to take to small claims court. they do not seem interested in working small home projects.

Hamernick's did an excellent job completing a warranty repair on our tiled shower floor. We were given a complete explanation of the work to be done, completion schedule was met as planned and the work was carefully completed.We will not hesitate to contact Hamernick's first for future projects that we may consider.

All the staff is always friendly, outgoing and ready to help with any questions or concerns you may have. The scheduling ladies are super amazing, always working above and beyond. The sales Rep Jake is amazing! Very detailed in knowledge of long term effects, if something can wait or do it now. That honesty shows a lot as most companies will make you do everything just for the money! The installers truly work hard, they have always done that extra mile to help you out.. this is a rare gem seen within! I HIGHLY recommend Hamernicks for your next flooring needs!

We had a small area that needed new tile flooring. We contacted Hamernick's and are very happy that we did. Our sales professional, Jody, was knowledgeable and prompt in returning our calls. As sometimes happens, our small area had some problems which involved some decisions and was much more labor intensive than expected. We were so pleased with the excellent communication by Joe, the craftsman who came to install our floor. He competently explained our options , and completed the project with great results. We are very happy with the quality of the product and particularly the manner in which our project was handled. Also, the estimate given was the final cost-despite the extra steps that were required. Highly recommend Hamernick's.

Had a quote for a pattern carpet, they added 30 percent on for pattern match from room to room. Seems extreme.Went to Lowe's , with same measurements same exact carpet, they did a great job, way cheaper and didn't stick me with the additional 30 percent.Thinking something is askew"
