My kids love to read and do puzzles. We go here a lot (after the library when possible) and we spend more than I want to admit. Friendly and convenient. Great value.Surprising bargains all over the store.I've also sold A LOT of books here. Great neighborhood resource.

While they have a nice selection of books if you’re wanting to sell books here don’t bother. I waited a half out and only got help cause I went up and asked them how long it would be. The bald guy at the sell books area was very curt and rude. Wouldn’t go back

No joke this is legitimately the best used bookseller I've been to in the Twin Cities. The collection is amazing and the prices are great. It might even be better for reasonably priced used/vintage vinyl records - I've gotten records for more than half of the average Discogs value and they always have a great selection of music, especially 80s rock and pop, which I find antique stores rarely have and many record stores over price.

I love all the Half Price Books in the metro, but this one is probably my favorite! They always have such a cool selection of old & odd books!

Nice experience here, and a good selection of various books and old style video games. Not sure why the masks and restrictions for employees & guests were in place, it's post pandemic.

Stopped in on a recommendation- could not believe the selection!!! Two flours, discounted books in the basement. Had so many of the titles we’ve read in our book club over the last 2 years!! Got two cookbooks and a clearance novel :) will definitely be back. Had some brand new titles too- with stickers that encouraged re/sale back to them! Love circular use!

I always enjoy going to Half Price Books - any of them. The customer service here has been really good. The layout of this location can be a little confusing, so be sure to go downstairs to check out the clearance section and some of the other sections in the basement. Free off-street parking as well as some parking on the street (I don't recall if it's free or not).

I always have a good time coming into this store. Every once in a while it's a miss for getting something I like. That being said, there are times when I never bring enough money for the things I find. It's a great location with a decent discount section in the basement if your looking for a few good deals. Always worth a visit if your in the neighborhood.

I brought 5 boxes ofa variety of books. New condition Adult novels, family & faith books, 3 boxes of children book back, hard cover. As I approached the counter, I saw all of books on the counter. I shocked to received $4.00. I was told they really do not take many children books. I wish I would had known that before I drove 25 minutes. The books were not separated, they were just a heaping mess. We I had brought things in places before, they were separated in wanted and not accepted. I have no idea what they bought.I had mentioned that I read that children books were donated to school and teachers. The response, some are the others are recycled. As a teacher I was shocked and felt mislead. I realized they had to make enough money to pay for the eight+ staff working.Roseville store
