Another voice in the chorus singing the praises of Pat and Haas Collision & Glass. Their autobody and glass work has always been top notch. The biggest differentiator for me is how Pat deftly navigates through any questions and curveballs that might accompany an insurance claim. I wonder how clueless I may seem about the whole process, but Pat doesn’t let on. He simply takes care of everything. Once I talk to Pat I know I can relax. They are a small (and busy) shop, so it may take a little time to get your work scheduled. For me any wait is a small trade off for the peace of mind and satisfaction that I get working with Haas.

If I can give Haas 10 stars, I would! :) Patrick's outstanding customer service is unmatched - as a local to the area, I am grateful to be able to take my vehicle to a trusted business where I know I am cared for as a customer. Patrick and his team are helpful, honest and proactive in letting me what my cost-saving options are while also doing excellent repairs. He even walked me through steps for making sure I can get glass coverage from my insurance when my car got broken into at Crosby Farm Park. Prompt follow-up, friendly and attentive services all-around. You will have no regrets taking your car to Haas!

The quality of work and customer service are fantastic. Our car was hit from behind and you would never know. Patrick dealt with insurance and our car was finished faster than expected. They offered to arrange for a rental car but our insurance company set that up for us.

First-timer here and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I brought my car here after busting out my rear windshield and I was impressed with the quick turnaround time, the fair price, and the quality of the work. Went to plenty of collision shops to do my auto work, yet ended up doing it here. Patrick is very friendly and experienced. The shop is family-owned for over 100 years! Highly recommend.

Dealt with Patrick when I came in. He was willing to do me 2 estimates. One for a full repair and 1 for minimum if I chose to pay out of pocket. They were lower than the other estimate that I had, Got my car in sooner than they said they would, And got it done sooner than they said. Patrick was a pleasure to work with. Personable, understanding and considerate.
