Nice selection, but I could have done without the security guard screaming "I'll fuck your shit up!" at some guy who was trying to shoplift a secondhand tshirt, right in front of my kindergardner. Like come on. Nothing in this store is worth assaulting someone over, and the macho posturing and clear attempts on staff's part to escalate don't make for a great shopping experience.

I would say the prices here are “fair” definitely better than most other goodwills in the metro but still somewhat pricey for used clothes. My biggest guff with this location is how the little the stock rotates. Maybe this is due to a lack of donations at this location. The staff and security are polite. ??

I put a vicks diffuser on the counter and asked the cashier could they hold it because I didn’t have a basket while I did more shopping. Came back to check out less than 20 mins later and she advised she sold it. No apology or anything. Why tell you could hold it in the first place? Or just advise me you couldn’t and I would of held onto it. Very rude and unnecessary for no reason

I haven’t been to this Goodwill in a couple years but after visiting today unfortunately, I will never be back Goodwill used to be about just that Goodwill. Goodwill industries has shifted its focus from people to profit in the past decade with an online auction site where they cherry pick the best donated items which often sell for more than retail the prices and the in-store items prices are sky high. But what’s with the rude aggressive security? My family and I were followed around the store on the main floor and upstairs by an aggressive, security guard that seem to be utilizing this tactic throughout the store with customers. We purchased items feeling very uncomfortable about the way we were being scrutinized , On our way out the door I stopped to speak to a lady who let my daughter and I go in front of her so that my nine-year-old could get a toy She was excited for , the security guard walked up quickly behind me and stood very uncomfortably close to me, as if I was going to start an argument with the woman or something once he seen it was a peaceful exchange he backed away. It was very creepy. If this is Goodwill‘s focus is to maximize profits and protect their merchandise in this way i’m not interested in doing any business with them in the future. Goodwill needs to check the tactics of their security company, because if they trained this individual to act this way, they have a completely wrong version of security and protection. Security guards are supposed to protect a store’s merchandise, protect its customers and make people feel comfortable and safe. There are plenty other charitable organizations that don’t operate in this manner treating people like they are potential criminals in a thrift store Environment is ridiculous. Stay away, check out some other One two star reviews others have had the same and similar experiences

Inventory changes daily, even hourly. Fantastic selection, great deals can be found. Once in a while there's a price that “just ain't right,” but for the most part, great place for second (third?) hand goods. Employees can be very helpful as well.

Wide choice of items, with multiple levels and elevator access. Staff is generally friendly and helpful, and there are discount coupons available online for additional savings. Check it out, and support great community program!!

This is a two story Goodwill. We bought several items; there is a wide selection and it's mostly organized, better than some Goodwills we've seen. Onerous were two armed guards, maybe on duty, sometimes screwing off. They didn't make us feel safe. Then there is a problem of taking items up and downstairs. You can't leave heavy items downstairs.... and so... you have to cart them with you or carry them up/down. Still, lots of selection, just a very weird vibe. Yes, go here. There are decent deals on many items; some are vastly overpriced, but this is typical with Goodwill pricing-- hit and miss. Don't get creeped out by security. They're just doing their jobs. Sometimes.

I recently checked out this store andit offered a wide variety of items, including clothing and household goods. While I found good deals on clothing in good condition, I also noticed some areas were disorganized and cluttered, making navigation challenging. Although some items were reasonably priced, a few seemed overpriced for their condition. The store's friendly staff and decent selection of items made the visit worthwhile, but improved organization could enhance the overall experience.
