I had a sentimental braclet i thought could never be repaired. Not only was it repaired it was reinforced to prevent future breakage. Fast, excellent job looks better then day one. Caring people. Since I have brought in other jewelry. I am 1,000 % satisfied love the place will be back with more pieces in need of repair. Affordable too.

Family owned business. Mother and daughter team that are very helpful and fun to work with. They have a nice collection of obscure oddity type pieces if you ask as well. Convenient location right next to UPS on ford parkway in highland park. Google maps will try to take you to the back of the building so dont follow that

I can not recommend them enough, they have continuously done an amazing job on repairing my old jewelry and go above and beyond to help me pick out new gorgeous additions to add to my collection! Get a second opinion on repairs.I would have given this store 5 stars, ten years ago. I bought a 1920s vintage ring for my wedding ring. It’s stunning and I always get compliments on it! I was super excited when I saw the new location was near my home. I went in just to look around one day while running errands. The jeweler offered to look at my ring. She said it was in grave disrepair and I shouldn’t even wear it until I spend $500-$1,000 to get it fixed. It seemed a little suspect to me, so I thanked her and left. I went to two other jewelry repair shops and was told it was in great shape but I should probably replace one prong. It cost me $50. SO, long story short, get a second or third opinion before allowing them to send your jewelry out for repairs.

I started going to Gloria's about 10 years ago. So, this raving review is long overdue! It's a wonderful, marvelous place! Thank- you to all of the staff and especially Iona. She understood and knew what I liked. So, when I visited the shop, she would say, "Try this on..."..Tried it on. Loved it. And, on occasion. I brought it. I continually get compliments from my purchases. And, I always say, " I got this from Gloria's Jewelry!"
