We had an appointment for manicures and pedicures but we were rushed. Watched as others walked in after us and they were pampered and taken care of.
They gave us a different price from other customers and also from what they told us over the phone.
AVOID THIS PLACE because they pick and choose who they want to really take care of.
Should have listened to the other reviews and how the owner responded. MAJOR ? ? ?

Their prices are not consistent with the services rendered. They even have a price poster up on their door but will upcharge or under charge certain people. They will take longer with certain people and rush with others. First and last time coming to this nail salon.

Great mani and pedicure provided for a small group last minute. The prices were competitive. Two weeks later my Gel nail polish and regular toe polish remain and look nice.

Got a gel manicure recently and chose my nail tech based on reviews and looking back, i really wish I wouldnt have gone with her.
I chose Sylvia based off reviews raving about her but when I had her that day, it was quite the opposite experience I was hoping for. She was not personable at all and seemed distracted. I didnt even get color swatches to choose from, my friend had to ask for herself and then showed me the book while my nails were being worked on. No small talk/convos were made and I feel she definetly rushed through my service.
It really was a bummer because i dont get to pamper myself often. I drove all the way from WI & planned to stop there because I was going to be running errands in the area, just to leave disappointed.

Well I do like my nails I feel like some the nails are already lifting even though I just came in today . And the service took a while my appointment was at 11:30 didn’t get started until like 11:40 and left at 1:05
I just feel like if you don’t know what you’re doing just say that people are paying with their hard earned money.

The owner was a rude and disrespectful told me tried to up charge me for a manicure and pedicure because of my race and told me to pay a deposit before I get my nails done because "my people" never pay and run out on him. I was just trying to get clarification on how much they was trying to charge me but they got mad because I asked
instead of just paying $160 for a manicure and pedicure....the one star I gave was for the scared kid they had there working and yelling at her. Don't go there

My go to nail salon in Minnesota. Everyone is so nice and professional. Abbey is truly a talented genius—I wont let any other salon touch my nails. I have never been disappointed in a set she has done. If Abbey ever leaves or moves, I will move too. That's how good she is!
