Such a friendly crew! They gave my bike a thorough assessment and provided me with an estimate for my tune-up When I dropped it off. Came in under budget and was finished early. Great spot and glad they’re in my neighborhood!

Went in with a flat and they walked me through how to do everything so I’d know how to do it on my own next time. They were super friendly, recommended very reasonably-priced parts & accessories for a flat repair kit, and didn’t charge for labor since I made a purchase.I signed up for their membership and am very happy to make them my LBS of choice!

Great advice, first-rate service, good communications, and always ready to help. In this case on how to build my dream gravel bike within my set budget. In this case, a custom build based on the Salsa Warbird Carbon frameset. Can't recommend them enough for their measured advice and technical skills, especially given that I needed a lot of advice and help! I'll be back for future upgrades, even though I live on the other side of the Twin Cities.

Mixed messages from staff about their willingness to do basic work like changing out a saddle on a bike not purchased there. Inconsistent policy and poor service experience.

Freewheel in Saint Paul is amazing. My buddy recommended them to me when I was looking at getting back into cycling so I checked the out.All of the staff is cool as hell, very knowledgeable, and super courteous.Prices are competitive and fair. I definitely recommend checking them out!

We wanted to gift my custom carbon bike to my son and his girlfriend, but we live fifteen hours away, and it was going to be a bit before we could get up there to personally deliver it. Thankfully, we were able to have it packaged and shipped to Freewheel where it would be reassembled and safety checked for riding. Aaron was awesome! He explained the process and put my mind at ease! The bike arrived at Freewheel on Wednesday morning and by 4 pm, it was reassembled. He even had the shop call my son to surprise him! My son picked it up and then surprised his girlfriend with the bike. All in all, Freewheel was friendly, efficient, and helped this mom carry out an awesome surprise!

The service at the store is amazing. I had a part I needed replaced, and the staff immediately identified and sold me the new part. The price was very fair and the product was high quality and built in Singapore even.

Absolutely a pleasure. I plan to get lots of gear from this specific location.I snagged my helmet and a few other accessories here and I def will be back. I was so thankful for the insider info they gave me on local trails, beginner-friendly advice, and straight talk on what I need to get out there and enjoying my MTB.
