I’ve been coming to Fly Freak since July. It’s been an amazing experience to say the least. All the instructors are kind, accommodating, and push you to do your best. I’ve gained so much strength not just physically but mentally too. Thanks Fly Freaks! ??

I've taken a handful of sling classes here and I've had nothing but great experiences with all the instructors I've met. I was looking to branch out and try another studio after having been somewhere else for years and I think I found my favorite spot here!

The environment is so welcoming! I found Fly Freak Studio for a last minute Lyra class while in Minneapolis for work. Cade is a great instructor who made things fun and educational. All of the classmates were friendly and supportive. I had a great time and will be back if in the area!
