Rude customer service. Cheapest way to send 5 tea bags and 3 stickers in a small package was $15.
Moyia was unhelpful.

Here's how you to fax an entire phone book to yourself:
### Preparing the Phone Book
1. **Divide into Sections**: If the phone book is thick, you might need to divide it into smaller sections that your fax machine can handle. Most fax machines have a limit on the number of pages they can feed at once.
2. **Remove Binding**: If possible, remove the binding of the phone book to have individual pages. This can make it easier to feed the pages into the fax machine but consider this step only if you're okay with permanently altering the phone book.
### Faxing Process
1. **Start with a Cover Page**: It's a good practice to start with a cover page indicating the number of pages to be faxed. This can help you keep track of the progress and ensure all pages are faxed correctly.
2. **Feed Pages into Fax Machine**: Place the first section of pages into the fax machine's document feeder. If your machine doesn’t have an automatic feeder, you’ll need to manually feed each page.
3. **Dial Your Fax Number**: Enter the fax number of the same machine into the machine's keypad. This might seem odd, but it's how you send a fax to the same machine.
4. **Send the Fax**: Initiate the fax process. The machine will scan and send each page to itself. You'll hear it dial, connect, and then start transmitting the pages.
5. **Receive the Fax**: The fax machine will automatically switch to receiving mode after sending the fax and print out the received pages. Ensure you have enough paper and ink or toner in the machine.
6. **Repeat for Additional Sections**: If your phone book is divided into sections, repeat the faxing process for each section until the entire book has been faxed and received.
### Considerations
- **Time and Resources**: Faxing an entire phone book to yourself will be time-consuming and use a lot of paper and ink. Consider whether you have the dozens of phone books to fax dozens of phone books.
Faxing an entire phone book is an unusual task. Consider your goals and adversarys.

This review is entirely earned by 1 employee. I didn’t catch his name but I’m assuming he was a manager because he effortlessly helped two very confused employees while also helping me (someone’s who’s never mailed a package). He did everything. All I had to do was answer a few basic questions and pay. Very timely and efficient!

I do all of my printing at this location. During my last visit I was having technical issues during self-service printing. Larry stepped out from behind the counter to help me fix the issue. He was very patient and kind. I appreciate his help and I would recommend this location.

Assistant manager Jesse hooked it up!! He helped me trouble shoot and test print for my art. Richard was cool and helpful too. Totally nice and communicative. Neither of them mansplained or said or did anything creepy, which is sometimes common when working with men. I recommend this as a safe, friendly, and positive place to get prints done. Hopefully it stays this way.

On 7/31/23 I arrived at this FedEx Office because I needed to print out a form from the internet. There were 3 computers - one was being used, one was "restarting" so I sat at the third one. I completed the form and sent it to the printer. It never printed. I asked one of the employees to help. She came to the computer and said "Oh yeah, we've been having problems with this one." She tried to print and nothing happened. She called over another employee, Jesse. Jesse also told me the computer I chose was having problems connecting to the printer. I asked why there wasn't a sign on the computer stating that. He had no answer. If I had known I couldn't print, I never would have chosen that computer. Jesse tried to send my form to a printer "in the back" but he failed.I became upset. I wasted so much time; time I could not afford to waste.I took a sheet from the fax form tablet and wrote on the back "Do Not Use This Computer. Not Connected To The Printer." and taped it to the base of the computer.Jesse did offer to refund my money. While waiting at the cashiers counter I went back to the computer to make sure I had signed out. The sign I made was gone but there wasn't an official one from the company stating that computer could not print. I made a new sign.Extremely poor service not to tell customers before they spend time and money at one of their computers that it will not print.
