I have never had a problem here. It's busy when you expect it to be (holidays), but the staff are efficient--and patient when they need to be.

They didn't leave the package at my apartment door (like they said they did), they just placed it right inside of the clear glass door of my apartment building. Suffice to say, the package was swiped. I don't have this problem with other delivery services.

Depends where you go need to watch people they don't pay attention to what they are doing I got charged twice. I got application shows every transaction past 90 days. I got accused that they didn't pulled out said why does it say two then? She looks further into it and says oops my bad. Really?

I have use this particular location for sending off mail USPS and FED EX. Every time and every person has been nice and helpful..

Worst delivery service, ever. Drivers do not know how to read a delivery label and drop off where ever they want.
